Steven A. basically admitted that T.O. broke them up because the team began choosing sides when McNabb didn't take up for T.O. with his contract. So its absolutely clear that McNabb doesn't like T.O. and wanted him removed from the team and he was willing to break up his own team to do so. So If anything McNabb shares the blame for breaking up that team and may even be the main reason why the team split up in the first place.
Like Max said the quarterback is the leader, general, and manager of that team. They get all the glory,money, and praise. McNabb didn't want T.O there and that is what split the team up because some people loved T.O so people start choosing sides. McNabb wanted everyone to think like him and get T.O. removed; He told on himself.

He went 9-6 in the playoffs from 2000 - 2008 (0-1 with Owens). Eagles have gone 4-5 in the playoffs since, EVEN WITH winning a Super Bowl. For comparison, Romo was 2-4 in the playoffs during his career.
