In the LN, this scene starts a full-blown subplot about Yuki being into a "mystery boy" she saw scale a fence in front of her. I don't recall whether she realizes it's Miyamura at any point or not.
Do any of you think about when Sōta-kun will be all grown up a few years later and realized he played a part and directly witnessed the live love story of his big sis, who by the time he realizes this will probably have her boyfriend and her in an established lovely situation with him being part of the family and them already looking for a flat somewhere nearby- It'd be like he'd always been there, and his sister always came with a two in one package but then he realizes he witnessed it all first hand at some point in his life without even knowing what he was looking at.
This is my favorite slice of life anime of them all, every now and then I watch it again and it never feels old. Also, Miyamura's running scene to the market, before he jumps the fence reminds me of those "Clark-Kent-turns-Superman" scenes from the movies and animations.
Miyamura would wonder for the rest of his life where this sudden ability for athleticism came from and went after this one meaningless event. Little did he know that for the power of eggs and breakfast, nothing was impossible.
