If karate athletes have a flaw , it is in having no fundamentals. Martial artists who cant adapt to this are just as equally flawed. So put up or shut up. Oss.

Always. JKA kumite, which the WKF style is loosely based on, had a lot of throwing techniques. The JKA instructors during the 40s, 50s, 60s, etc usually came from judo backgrounds.
this scorpion kick sucks... really good karatecas don't use this kind of fake techniques. Matsuhisa is a great fighter, but i dislike when he use this kind of technique, he have quality to win of a clean way with really eficient techniques.

What crap. I'm a karate student and I think that karate is becoming more and more a crap. That kick never should not be allowed to use. It ridiculous. That's why karate has missed more and more news students or more supporters. Actually I'm desapointed.
