  • Does it really matter whether or not God exists? What about that age-old question of evil? Does the presence of evil really negate the reality of a God?

Because it takes a creative mind that of God to put things in motion and know how everything works and all of its intricate beauty! If there's going to be a masterpiece, there's going to be a Creator who creates it! 🙏

Because it could not exist without God. It's simple.

Nonsense. Why must it be “uncaused”.
You get into “that which was before [without] the physical universe”, but you retell a creation hypothesis that is rooted in time, “at the very moment of the beginning”. You’ve brought this “uncaused, non physical, immaterial, atemporal” cause within the confines of the nascent universe.
    Your hypothesis is a non-sequitur.
… also, let’s not go around pretending we know who or what this uncaused cause is.
We don’t. We have no evidence of any interaction from without the observable universe, and we have no way to verify anything beyond that.
    Don’t confound and confuse them.
    Just tell them the truth.
You’re grasping at straws, and I won’t correct you on it because there is no evidence of anything, and it’s lamentable you’d manipulate people like that.
These are the tactics of coercive persuasion.
    I’m unspeakably unimpressed.
