Seeing Thorgrim slumped over dead with his crown on the ground after the battle despite this speech is such a sad image. I really like the chaos dwarfs i think they're awesome, but its heartbreaking to see the dwarfs in that state.
I’m impressed if these lines were recorded recently, Thorgrim’s VA sounds exactly like he did in WI which might not sound like much but remember that the original game came out almost 8 years ago and some voice actors struggle to adjust even a few months after original recordings

And its also possible that companies will simply start generating complete AI voices to get around these costs as well.

They’d rather shave their beards than allow that. It may also be that since they’re still kin the sins of the Chorfs also reflect on them. Dawi may remember every wrong done to them but they’ll also remember every wrong they did. They have to hold themselves to account just as much as anybody in the book.
Man I wish they'd do more legacy VA updates. I'm annoyed how long it's taken for Dogs of War but the nice consolation is they'll have interactions with every faction

If we're talking about southern realms being added I find Estalia and Araby more likely as they have more of a connection in lore. Also as a fan of Alatriste, tercio units in fantasy would be very cool imo. Now, I don't play RTS games but I am aware that chorfs and halflings have been playable through mods for several years. I would assume that if there's any actual draw for Tilia, they have such a mod as well.
When you build up random expectations for no reason, with no indication that it'll be a thing, it's not CA's responsibility to fulfill those expectations. Just because fans will sit and speculate for years on end doesn't mean the devs are obliged to reward that speculation with anything.

The clans that went to the skull lands moved so far off that when the Great Catastrophe struck, the western dwarfs were cut off from the dwarfs in the Dark Lands by the erupting forces of Chaos and believed them all dead. They simply didn’t know better.

I shouldn't have been considering he got voicelines in the IE trailer, but I was stunned that he actually spoke in the Chorf finale. Wish the Champions of Chaos got the same treatment for their finale.
i have said it before and i will say it again, they really should add new voicelines for the old guard. it is honestly jarring playing as the warriors of chaos where you have a combination of both old and new lords, where the latter won't shut up about the environment and the former is as silent as a curch mouse.
If this cinematic was accurate thw dwarfs with be bracing, then firing then immediately bracing again then hint they are going to fi- no they are still bracing. On by the way the enemy made it to the back line. They are still bracing.
