Thank you brother! I am trying to appeal to a more transportation based audience and not just Tbilisi, so more video topics will be neutral country wise.
I really love the looks of this bus. Sadly they are not very popular in Prague in comparison to the outstanding number of SOR city NB 12 and 18. I hope i can see more of them around Prague soon. Great video keep it up :)
@@TbilisiBusesMANBMCISUZU I wish I could, it's impossible to find an empty bus, it's too bad that it looks like bus reform will finish after the new 18 meter busses, because then the depot will no longer have space. We need more than 200 18-meter busses 😞
Yes, of course, it isn't a problem with the bus itself, it is about how the owner operates the bus. Here, the bus is so full that the bus doors hurt people when they go on the inside. You are correct, there is nothing wrong with the bus, it has to do with the owner, as the bus should not be that full anyway.
@TheTransitDiaries maybe it's more suitable for the European Market or maybe less populated cities. Good point and maybe they can differentiate for the needs in and out versions
Design is good but that’s really it. Interior is awful for a “low floor” vehicle, and driver’s dash cab is also very negatively viewed here in turkey. Not enough seats either and most of unfortunately have to stand up for an hour or so due to traffic. The quality is also mediocre as well as reliability (maybe 2020+ models are better than 2016-2020). Other than that, I do like their cummins engines and very nice exterior design. Just wish they were built better and had bigger rear windows.
@@TheTransitDiaries Not a shocker, and sad really. Their quality really went downhill after bahrain bought them. If it was still managed by the british company, their lightweight vehicles like the procity could compete and if not be better than the otokar kent it’s supposed to go against (which it doesn’t appear to do well as seen!)
Also it’s most likely kept private for business purposes. I’ve heard the british company it originated with couldn’t afford the prices anymore therefore selling the company.
as a Turk, i think the previous generation sucks. haven't had the chance to ride the newer ones. the line i use has a ton of previous gen Procity buses (diesel) and i sigh every time i have to ride one. the engine noise is almost as if the engine is a passenger alongside you. and seat positioning is really bad, i'm 182 cm and my knees are forced against the seats in front of me or others' knees. idk what they were sold at but i'm led to believe the sheer number of them here only comes from it being the cheapest option. inward opening doors are one thing i don't get about public transport buses in general. there are some brands that offer outward doors but no one opts for them for some frickin reason. money might be the keyword here again -_- my favorite turkish bus brand has to be Otokar ^-^
Those buses look good and they are fast but thats all, their engines are unreliable and they break down alot, and they also started to rust alot here at just the age of 5 years
This is very true - most of the buses I see broken down here are BMCs, and I've spoken to some of the drivers, they are constantly bombarded with technical errors. The rest of the bus is nice though. The public transport workers here like working with MAN buses more. How is the Škoda Varsovia order going for you guys, are they replacing the 717s? Are people excited?
@@TheTransitDiaries same here, drivers also prefer working with MANs or yutongs, and about the order for skoda varsovia, i believe they soon might be here and no they wont replace the 717s, and people are probably excited yea !
The seats here don’t need to be plastic because we don’t have many homeless people making a mess or peeing on the seats, so they almost are never cleaned anyways. Thus, why cushions were a good option, because they were more comfortable. Thank you for watching the video! Glad you enjoyed!
@@TheTransitDiaries yes but they will always be dirty, maybe someone spilled something, they didn’t notice and the next person who sat got a stain on their pants
@@TheTransitDiaries they use plastic ones and don’t collect dust and others. But since they ordered this new kind of bus i was afraid they didn’t have plastic seats, i’m worried 😂😂
I think the reason why most transit companies are ordering cushion seats is to possibly encourage car drivers to ride the bus, a lot of car drivers I know complain about the plastic seats vs the ones in their cars
Bmc 👍
As always, the video was really interesting! I would like to see more such reviews on other buses in and outside Tbilisi!

Thank you! I don’t know what’s up with SOR’s design though, it’s not my favorite
What would you like to see in my videos to make it more entertaining? Thank you for watching!
Make video about MAN Lions city A21 CNG 313

As far as i know they installed announcement systems in TT-043-CB, TT-129-CB
I was in Prague last week. There are no Bmc in Prague
There are only very few, they aren’t widely used.

Thank you lol. Everyone always steals them 🥲 if the bus rolls over, you better hope the emergency door mechanism works!
I think the doors are good ideas the way operates. It wouldn't bother many people. That's how the bus gets filled

Very true statements. Cummins makes fantastic engines. Here in Tbilisi, BMCs have had various issues due what appear to be assembly failures.

@JustYourRandomTurk what Bahrainian company acquired them? How have I not heard about this?

@sofiatransport9062 are the Varsovias to add more trains to the network then, or for some kind of service extension?
@@TheTransitDiaries I believe its just more trains to the network, and they will be operating on lines M1,M2 and M4.
True. But the 2021-2023 models we have in bursa seem promising. Maybe they’ll come to sofia soon.
