Port of Los Angeles Celebrates Parkway Promenade Park Grand Opening

On Saturday, Jan. 20, the Port of Los Angeles hosted the grand opening of the Parkway Promenade Park along Harbor Blvd. in San Pedro. Los Angeles City Councilmember Tim McOsker, Los Angeles Harbor Commission Vice President Diane Middleton, Harbor Commissioner I. Lee Williams and Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) President and CEO Douglas Guthrie, celebrated the park's opening with members of the harbor community.
