The Savage X Fenty creator knows a thing or two about real estate! Since her first purchase at the age of twenty-one, Rihanna has been thriving in the world of luxury properties.
Rihanna’s list of multi-million dollar exclusive properties are based in LA, New York, London, and as far as Barbados! True to her home island, the star purchased a condo complex villa in beachfront Barbados for all of her friends and family to enjoy.
This star lives the millionaire lifestyle in her beautiful and glamorous LA homes. After a few breaches in security, Rihanna values secure gates and fancy features like panic rooms and concrete walls! The star may be living in the famous Hollywood hills among other A-list celebs, but she still likes her privacy!
In addition to her income property rentals, LA abodes, and NYC lofts, the star has also purchased a five-bedroom home for her mother in Barbados!
The star has also made some quick flips and re-sales, buying properties in the Beverly Hills area of LA and reselling them less than a year later. Most recently, the star picked up two adjoining properties making up 11,000 square feet of living space over an acre of land. We can’t wait to see what she has planned for this piece of paradise.

It AMAZES ME that so many of these Celebrities buy all these properties but when they SELL them they always SELL AT A LOSS and people never pay attention to that. I LOVE Rihanna but she is getting bad business advice from someone who is probably skimming and making she they at least profit. Plus people never consider the maintenance and taxes alone one these properties and the losses when they SELL them can DESTROY A CELEBRITIES WEALTH OVER TIME AND WHEN THEY ARE NO LONGER HOT. SHE TRAVELS SO MUCH SHE WOULD RARELY GET TO SPEND ANY LOMGER TERM TIME IN THESE HOME AT A TIME. I JUST HOPE HER BUSINESS MANAGER AND LAWYERS ARE NOT STEALING AND SKIMMING FROM HER HARD EARNED WEALTH.

A person can only live in ONE house. There are homeless ppl in this world, I just DON'T get it.
A global superstar needs lots of houses. She pays a lot of tax to contribute towards building houses for the homeless.
415,000 a month? What that could do for people. I reckon after someone makes 5 million they should give the rest to people in need. I can't wrap my head around that level of excess when people are dying.
@purple or pink? frankly, I get totally grossed out watching very rich folk waste money on crap...I'm sure she does donate to causes but these types blow 30k on an ugly dressing gown, it's so shallow when that could have saved a dying child for eg.
