    Can lightspeed send txt to customers when an order is ready for pick up? I see this feature when I order at Cheesecake Factory.

      Yes, Lightspeed Restaurant can do this in both the self-order kiosk mode and in the online ordering mode (which they call Order Ahead). There are typically some extra fees to add this feature, but in my experience they are pretty affordable. For the most up to date pricing on those features, you should definitely reach out the Lightspeed sales team. They are very responsive and friendly!

      interesting - Lightspeed told me the other day that Lightspeed restaurant does not offer that feature.Maybe it is a country by country thing@@MaryKingTechnologyAdvice
