I just finished high school and I went through this really big burnout of not reading. I love to do it it’s just that I didn’t have time… now I’m getting back into it and I’m so happy! I just finished Mr. Fleishman is in trouble. if you like books that make you think, and question how we in modern day live I’d recommend 10/10 ⭐️
Have you ever read Brave New World or Emerson's Essays? I would recommend both of those books. I majored in English, so I did a lot of reading for school. I'm not saying that I liked school. But I do like to read.
I recommend reading Lisa Taddeo if you haven't already! Her book Animal is just... amazing. Although it is not for everyone, since it also has an 'unlikeable' character, and Lisa says she doesn't really like using that word if I remember correctly haha, along those lines. But her nonfiction book, Three Women is also amazing!

Recently I'm reading can't hurt me. Tbh, after getting busy with college life. I'm not able to give time to myself. I really want to give time to myself. But just not getting it. It is feeling like I don't know what's actually happening. Everything is just going on and nothing is in my control. I'm thinking of journaling to make a sense of everything
