I'll have to check out Mimi Matthews! Have you ever read any Sandra Byrd? I really enjoy her Victorian gothic series (3 books iirc) that starts with Mists of Midnight. They're clean Christian fiction, but not overly religious, just a prayer here and there if memory serves.

I haven't read any Byrd, but I'll look into her.

Hi Heather, Where would you recommend starting with Mimi Mathews? Could you do an author spotlight?

Honestly I've only read from two of her series so far. The Siren of Sussex was my first, from the Belles of London series (highly recommend). This book and An Appointment in Bath were good, too, and those were from her Somerset series (I haven't read the first three books yet, though).
