    Supplies:
    Mixing bowl
    Wooden spoon
    Measuring cups
    Measuring spoon
    Small spoon
    Baking sheet
    Parchment
    Ingredients:
    1 cup quick oats
    1/2 cup chocolate chips (or other add in*)
    1/4 cup honey
    1/4 cup peanut butter
    Instructions:
    -In your mixing bowl, combine all ingredients using a wooden spoon or very stiff spatula
    -Mix until oats are completely absorbed
    -Put in fridge for 20 minutes (it also helps to wash your hands every so often during the rolling so it sticks less)
    -Roll into balls, this recipe should make 12-15
    -Let chill, I prefer them cold!
    -Eat within a week
    *please note - if you do multiple add-ins, you would want to only have 1/2 a cup total (for example, if you do white chips and dried cranberries, you would do 1/4 of each to have a total volume of 1/2 cup added)
