The purpose of this video was to explain how stupid it is that people say Invincible getting hurt means he can't be compared to Superman. Even though I gave examples of characters who are always matched up against Superman. Who got hurt. Even my examples went over the heads of the people in the comment section. The purpose of the video literally went over the heads of everyone arguing in this comment section.
No one says, “Invincible doesn’t match up to Superman because he get hurt.” But you know what everyone says? “Invincible doesn’t match up to Superman because he is way weaker in comparison to Superman."
It is a dumb argument to say that Invincible getting hurt means that he can't beat Superman. But he literally can't. Pre crisis Superman was able to sneeze a solar system away and carry a bunch of planets on his back. And In the new 52 he was able to bench press the weight of the Earth for 6 days with a single drop of sweat. And after the Dark Knights Metal event, all those feats are now cannon.Marks best feat is that he destroyed Viltrum but he needed to blast through the core of the planet at full force with Thadeus and Omni Man whilst Space Racer blasted the core of the planet with his gun.

Rebirth Superman (the main universe superman) has feats like going toe-to-toe with Sixth Dimensonal beings who can destroy entire multiverses and being able to keep up with the Flash family (well not keep up but when everyone else was frozen, they could move at normal speed and Superman could move in slow motion), people who can move faster than trillions times the speed of light. The most powerful things Invincible can do is destroy a planet and easily survive a black hole which just doesn't compare to Superman.

Main Universe Superman "Prime Earth" he can survive in the sun, survive planets blowing up, and survived going through a Red sun and it depowering him and he still won his fight. Now pre-crisis Superman....that was just ridiculous no one is beating him in Invincible not even current Superman, this was back when Superman just made up his own powers, flew to another solar system that was dead and destroyed it by just sneezing.

@@OmoshiSage No. There is a lot of context missing in the comic. He didn't just jump from space and survive. He used the gas in his grappling gun to decelerate his fall. His suit is already fireproof and he used his glider to continuously decelerate his fall and landed on snow. Some of this may not be possible in real life but it is fiction.
I like both characters, and I know you're going yo disagree what I'm about to say, but this doesn't hold weight. Wolverine's claws are made of adamantium, which they can stab gladiator and Thanos. Adamantium doesn't exist in the Invincible universe. All the characters Superman, Thor, Hulk gets hurt by are high tier characters. Grundy is a character who has always been inconsistent. Invincible characters are not built like Marvel or DC. It took three Viltrumites to destroy a planet, meaning they're not planetary. And they can die from the sun, anyone who has star level durability or has supernova abilities can defeat Thragg. And while Invincible can fly faster than light, there's a HUGE difference between travel speed and combat/reaction speed.

Which version of Superman are you talking about? Because I know there's one Goku and 1 invincible and every feat they've accomplished. Looked what happened to Mark and Thrag, and the only reason Mark technically won was because first he had Robot's armor on until that melted which gave him more time then Allen saved him.

Not all versions of Superman can sun dip. Hell, Jonathan Kent in Super Sons mentions that his father can’t get to close to the sun because those high levels of radiation/heat will kill him.

So, I'm sorry but you're wrong on this one, Invincible isn’t remotely in the same tier as Superman. If they fought 1000 times, Superman would win all 1000. Superman defeated the World Forger, a sixth dimensional being that helped create the DC multiverse, which is MASSIVE. It took every single other DC Superhero to match the World Forger. Superman beat them in one punch. I love Invincible, but his odds against Superman are akin to a gnat defeating a grizzly bear.

The idea that this character loses to another simply because that character can be hurt while the other can't is so stupid. Take Homelander from the Boys comic. He's pretty much the most powerful being on the planet and no one has the capability of beating him. Yet Invincible washes him. Homelander never faced someone on his own level or higher, Mark did and got brought to death's door multiple times so if you bring him to a verse like Invincible, Mark accidently turns him into a bloody paste by punching him. Superman is similar to Homelander in that regard. I'm not saying Supes is below Invincible but what I am saying is normally, he is the most powerful being on the planet with essentially no equal unlike Mark who was not the strongest in his verse until 500 years later.

I know you will disagree, but it’s unrealistic for a Viltramite to beat a Kryptonian, let alone Superman. Saiyans would make for a closer match up, but Kryptonians; despite some very exploitable weaknesses, are just too broken. Maybe Thragg, Omni-man, and Invincible can stand up to average, even upper tier Kryptonians, but not Superman

His suit is already fireproof and he used his glider to continuously decelerate his fall and landed on snow. Some of this may not be possible in real life but it is fiction.

Wolverine's claws are made of adamantium, which they can stab gladiator and Thanos. Adamantium doesn't exist in the Invincible universe. All the characters Superman, Thor, Hulk gets hurt by are high tier characters. Grundy is a character who has always been inconsistent.
Invincible characters are not built like Marvel or DC. It took three Viltrumites to destroy a planet, meaning they're not planetary. And they can die from the sun, anyone who has star level durability or has supernova abilities can defeat Thragg. And while Invincible can fly faster than light, there's a HUGE difference between travel speed and combat/reaction speed.

Goku has universal feats, invincible has planetary feats to star level feats. Which version of Superman are you talking about? Because I know there's one Goku and 1 invincible and every feat they've accomplished. Is theirs, but when you speak about Superman, you have to be specific. Do you know why? Because not every Superman is on the same level. You're pretending as if the vast majority of Superman aren't average. They are only a select few that are on a universal level, and I'm sure you're well aware of that. Hence why we have Super Boy Prime who was able to beat the vast majority of them.

Not all versions of Superman can sun dip. Hell, Jonathan Kent in Super Sons mentions that his father can’t get to close to the sun because those high levels of radiation/heat will kill him.

The idea that this character loses to another simply because that character can be hurt while the other can't is so stupid. Take Homelander from the Boys comic. He's pretty much the most powerful being on the planet and no one has the capability of beating him. Yet Invincible washes him. Homelander never faced someone on his own level or higher, Mark did and got brought to death's door multiple times so if you bring him to a verse like Invincible, Mark accidently turns him into a bloody paste by punching him. Superman is similar to Homelander in that regard. I'm not saying Supes is below Invincible but what I am saying is normally, he is the most powerful being on the planet with essentially no equal unlike Mark who was not the strongest in his verse until 500 years later.
There are more characters in the DCU are Superman level than there are in Invincible though.
