Hey quick question, on 1:40, you are showing the circle snapping right to the center by applying snap and extras when you showed it on 1:55. That used to work for me but now it's not. My circle will not snap to the middle. Do you know what seems to be the problem? Note: I also recently installed Illustrator on my laptop as well. Could that affect photoshop or not? Please answer ASAP. Thank you.

The keyboard shortcuts I use to center horizontally and vertically are:
Vertically: ALT + CMD + 1
Horizontal: SHIFT + CMD + 1
how are your taskbar icons pixels?

My guess is that he upgraded to win 10 it looks like that. If that is the toolbar you meant.
