Hello doctor, I had plural TB and I removed the water. After ten days, I started feeling pain when breathing deeply. Six months passed and I recovered, but the pain is still there. What is the reason?
I'm having the same problem 😢
Hello thr, it is probably due to pleural thickening, it resolves slowly usually. U shall do incentive spirometry tht will help in this situation
@@MythicalStoryBengali u have same problem like me??
If tb is not detect but plural effusion with mild and thickening layer is4.6mm then what is the problem and treatment. Please suggest me
Tb in pleural effusion is one of the differential diagnosis, if pleural effusion is not caused by tb in some patient then we try to find out other causes by investigations and sometimes we do pleural biopsy as well to find out the diagnosis.
Regarding pleural thickening, if we treat the causes of pleural effusion it heals gradually along with breathing exercises and physiotherapy etc.
Thanks
Kindly please tell source of table so we can write and tell in exam
Extapulmonary tb module from central tb division
Sir my father diagnosed pural TB , but doctors didn't remove the fluid so is really comman or to remove or not
It depends on the amount of fluid too if it is minimal then we shall not remove it but generally it is advisable to send the fluid for examination.
Hello doc please i need your help
Actually i have some water in my left lungs i did all test and i found tb dr started tb medicine but after 1 month i found water in my right side so my question is how is possible during tb treatment water can come in second lungs ?
Here it will be better to drain fluid from right side and send the fluid for investigations again to know the cause. If it is tb then tb drugs sensitivity needs to be checked as well.
Investigation is done by both lungs
I got tb in right side lungs also
And I take tb medicine regularly
But low fever is main problem
In tb low grade fever may persists for around 3-4 weeks. So keep taking your tb meds
Thank you so much doctor
