What is a MILS Plate??

Ever since I returned to the wonderful world of LEGO i have been googling terms and techniques more than I ahd ever imagined. One of the things I have wanted to do it to make things easier for others, to answer all those questions I had to look for online. So here it is.....Vid 1 of that, while I am sure most people know how to make a MILS plate....theres no place to start than the beginning...so here goes...
