Cool tinny but as you wrote Planning at 13kts your driving in a 8kt zone a lot of people get caught out by posting that sort of thing on social media be careful.
About $1500 mate. Details about the tinny are in the description. Feel free to message us on instagram @fishnfun.yt if you want more info. Thanks for watching buddy!!
these brain surgeons have the transducer mounted on the wrong side of the transom, the blade on the prop will turn clockwise and the prop wash coming from the direction will ruin the performance of the sonar when the boat is running.
No where not brain surgeons. But you don't have to be too realise what you're saying is completely wrong and couldn't be further from the truth. First thing, the prop is further back than the transducer, due to the transducer being mounted on the transom, and outboard sitting back on the transom, in addition to the length of the gearbox, means the prop is around 15-20cm back from the transom, so will not even come close to the transducer or interfere with it, no matter the side its on. Also, on almost every boat with twin transducers, the transducers are mounted on either side of the transom. Choosing which side depends of battery location, whether you have a swim platform and ladder, and personal preference, NOT based on the rotation of the prop. In addition to this, none of us have ever had problems with interference from the prop. I'd suggest if you're having that issue id be looking at wiring interference or cavitation from mounting the transducer at the wrong height. Just something to think about before insulting our intelligence. Cheers.
