Excellent video. No verbal diarrhea. Earned a sub. I do have a question though...How important are any of the 3 cache levels for gaming? Is level 3 important for gaming? I just bought a PC and did a ton of research and I'm reading things like it can make a 10% + difference in FPS.

It's especially important for high frequency trading, where every microsecond counts and affects profits. In the realm of gaming it is usually not so cutthroat down to optimisation at the CPU cache level but more of the RAM cache itself and also higher level optimisations like rendering graphics and entities in the game.

what if i change ssd with some backups from pc with 8mb cache to laptop with only 3? can it be that backup projects left acces only in pc where was created and latest backups in higher tier than 3mb limit?

You're referring to storage, not memory. You can move your SSD (storage) to any compatible computing device and you'll still be able to access it. This video is referring to CPU cache which only affects the performance at which you're running your processes. Lower CPU cache generally just means slower overall speed of the process because of more cache misses.

Yes it does if all cpu cores are directly connected to one shared cache memory (L3), at 1080p > 1440p but doesn't help much in 2160p

Hardware Unboxed just did a great video on this if you’re still interested. The increased L3 cache made a pretty significant difference in gaming - more than the core count (6/8/10).
