Playing vs 400's is easy to get high accuracy for two big reasons. 1. When your opponent blunders, every move is good, and 2. The ideas are easier when you're plauing someone bad.
When playing a stronger player, it becomes harder and harder to find winning ideas. The calculations have to go deeper, and the pattern recognition has to be well trained.
    Getting a 96% vs a 400 is not like getting a 96% vs a GM.

I've been played the same exact move and I'm in the 900's. I automatically assume most have more experience since I started a year ago. When I see the breakdown they have questinable and missed moves so maybe at lower levels it is normal to play random stuff.

Iam personally more interested in GO so I understand it that it is harder for a human to calculate 100 to the power of 124 moves but chess is atleast slightly easier to the brain to calculate since you technically repeat many moves over and over again.... Maybe Faustino oro is such a Human Ai because his calculation is super good
