30 year lease on new stadium has an out clause for $850 mil penalty if someone buys the team or takes it over and moves them to a larger market. This is whats going to happen within the next 5 years . Buffalo is one of the fastest declining cities in the US and fans are already complaining about the prices of the new stadium tickets .
2 thoughts. It was said he might not even sell any of the team at all. 2. Is he looking for feelers to see if someone comes to him to just buy the whole team? And it's just a smoke screen to keep people off his back by starting with the 25% thing first?

They really should of figured out a way to make a duel purpose stadium. Poor judgment I think by the owners and everyone else involved. There just isn't enough money in the Buffalo Bills alone.

The NFL is a cash cow. Every team profits. The Bills due to the market and facilities, make less than other franchises but it's still a good investment.
