Take the big zucchini and slice in half long ways, scoop out the seeds. Mix hamburger, rice and onion soup mix. Put matzarella cheese in the zucchini, add tomato sauce, add the hamburger and rice mixture put back together wrap in aluminum foil and grill it. I also bake it in the oven at 350° for 30-35 minutes. Let cool a little and slice and eat. We call them zucchini boats.
Gary, I have never said this but I am 64 years old and when you said that you didn’t like to make the sad videos do you like to make the upbeat videos keep in mind some people need to watch you interact with your children and helping them deal and cope with farm life. Maybe they can take what you are teaching them and use it to help their children whether you know it or not that does help out when you do show the good the bad and the ugly, a lot of family struggle how to interact with their children and you guys have such a good way of communicating with yours that it would help plenty of others if you did show the good the bad and the ugly just the word of wisdom, but I understand why you do what you do and why you do it but I just wanted to plant that seed
My wife likes salt on watermelon, but not me !! As for those smash burgers - they look wonderful !! I can almost taste and smell them whenever I see you cook them, Gary !! Gotta try 'em and see !! Oh, and thanks for the yawns, Cassie !! Right on cue !! LOL !!
My mother taught me that a little bit of salt made things sweeter. I like thin zucchini in place of cucumbers in a salad. Gary, I love the smash burger. My tortilla is a low carb one and my burger might be smaller, but all the components are there. Love and best wishes and prayers for you all.
We always used salt on our watermelon 🍉 when I was growing up. I'm 67 & I got my 4 kids & most of my 10 Grandkids using salt.😊 Have a blessed week 💟 Love 🌻 from Apex NC 💜
When I was a kid, I loved salt on my watermelon but as an adult, Ive developed an allergy to watermelon. I still would love to devour some watermelon but it causes my throat and mouth to start itching, if I continue eating it, I start swelling. So, I dont get to eat it anymore and its sad!
Ranger is entitled to be exactly who he is..he doesnt need to be chatty,he is the quiet type for now,but always respectful, kids tend to not like whatever it is theyre parents are in to as they hit teen years..he will follow his own path but always know where his home truly is.❤ Birthday blessings when the day comes young man.
I can’t believe how fast the garden has grown. Time flies when you get older. I enjoy seeing you and Cassie work together. What a great family. Quiet is ok but not for long periods of time. Ranger has his feet firmly planted.
I have added your family to my prayer list and hope you will add my youngest daughter Jenni to yours. she is the mother to 5 kids and after still dealing with stomach problems which includes a stomach feeding tube she has developed neurological troubles with shaking and pains which disable her. Her family needs her and so do I ♥ Please pray for her. Thank you. I enjoy watching your family and follow all the time.

Please say a prayer for me. I’m having my second ablation on my heart this Thursday. And This morning I woke up with massive anxiety. And made sure to really tell my kids and husband how much I love them.
Teenagers are a different breed. I have 4 boys and they were all different and we survived. I had noticed he had become quieter over the last few videos and thought that he had started those teenage years. He is a wonderful boy in a strong family and he will be ok. Definitely pick the battles and keep the communication lines open.
Good morning. Lol Cassie I was at a self checkout and I had bought a purple onion and I couldn’t find it. I went to a staff member to help. And they I’m sure wanted to laugh out loud but told me they are called red onion. I’m 61 and never knew. God Bless you all.

I hope it is ok to share this information I was given from my gram and my dad. I hope yall and the entire Walker has a great week. Stay safe, and God bless, amy
Sometimes life changes with teenagers, nine did. I hope you get your baby donkey. My mom never had a donkey but she had mules on her farm. When I was a teenager, my mom always plowed her garden with a mule. I miss my mom ,I am now almost 76 .God bless the Walker family
You’re right that sometimes life changes with teenagers, sometimes not at all like you planned. Do we ever stop missing our moms. I miss mine and I’m 78 years old. I hope my kids will feel the same.
Cassie, I always salt my watermelon. It is so good. I am from PA. If Gary cuts the seeds out of the large zucchini you can still cook them up. I like yellow squash and zucchini and onions all cooked together in some butter and olive oil. Yummy.
Good morning Cassie and Gary, your garden is looking fantastic lots of good eats there. Hey a Ransom I like your motor bike. I like the smash burgers myself and I like the way you do them Gary. 👍👍❤️❤️🇨🇦
Take the oversized zucchini cut lengthwise scoop seeds out and stuff with your favorite meat loaf mix and bake not only saves the zucchini but it's a good way to get the kids to eat their veggies. ❤
Morning Gary and Cassie smash burgers along with garden pics is an awesome dinner lunch every day if you ask me anyway sorry about the baby duck passing. Have a good day.👍
I really enjoyed gardening and going out to pick vegetables for dinner. These days, I admit that my gardening days are over. So sorry about the duck and chick. Bella is so cute. You all are going to be busy. The smash burger looked so good. Prayers for Brandon and family. Prayers and love for all of you. ❤❤
Love tomatoes in the garden with a salt shaker! Only way to eat them! First time I had salt on watermelon was in Texas when I visited my Grandma! It is yummy. Don’t knock it until you try it!
There's nothing wrong with Ranger being true to his self like you said he's a teenager today he may be quiet and to Mark he may be talking your head off. I enjoy your channel because you and the family are totally down to earth you don't blow things out of proportion and you just show how your life on the farm is and I think it's wonderful how you and Cassie interact with your children they're such good kids they will be great adults

Use those giant zucchinis for making jams - any flavor jello works, shred or slice either direction & either dehydrate or freeze, add some shreds to brownies &...???? I love the over sized zucchs as much as the smaller ones.
The zucchinis are just right for slicing up and putting onions and butter frying them up. Yummy. Nothing better than fresh garden produce from your own garden. Enjoyed the video. Thanks for sharing.
About thise big zuchini; Slice across the zuchini to create 1/2" wide medallions then dredge then in egg and a seasoned coating like bread crumbs, cracker crumbs, Planko, flour with a little bit of cornmeal in it. Bake, cook in a fry pan, on a griddle, and even on the BBQ.
The Garden Is So Lovely & Them Smash Burgers look Yummy, Gary... Cassie, I Love The Way Yaw'll Stay Busy...😂... Great Video Walker Family... "Happy Sabbeth"... 🙏🙏🙏...
Gary, Teenager...whoop-whoop...My two sons learned a few tricks and neccesities...Vaccuming, Dusting every two weeks( both were into sports) Each learned to cook their favorite meals and change it as they wanted to. It became a Sunday Event to have both of my sons bring friends home and they cooked and taught their friends recipes. There was always extra places at the table for buddies to have a meal with us and it made great memories for everyone. One buddy got a job as Sous Chef when he was in college...You have to take that step back and let the teenager decide what they want to explore. Cheers from Maine.
It's the only way to eat watermelon. It just hits the spot. I'm a Georgia girl and that's the only way we eat it. Great garden. Save those ends you cut off the onion and replant. More onions. Same with a tomato. Slice one, lay in some potting soil and lightly cover. More tomatoes. Great project for Mazi. How many plants can she grow from a plant.
As kids we used to hide salt shaker in the garden. My mom didnt like us to eat veggies without washing them first. Gary Im with you, I like fried not raw onions.❤❤❤❤❤
Love watching your videos....Seeing all the animals etc...plus the children playing around the farm....Shame the donkeys are not bred.... Also a shame about the duckling.....Stay safe and see you on the next one
Use the larger zucchini, scoop put the inside leaving about half inch pulp. Fill them with a seasoned ground beef (salt, pepper, onion spaghetti sauce/ bake in oven. Sooooo good. We call them boats.
I can't stand salt on my watermelon, but my mom loves it! It's just shows how different our taste buds are! 💖💖💖 I am asking for prayers for myself as I fell at work and broke my left wrist. I will be having surgery on it on the 17th. Being one-handed for the next few weeks is going to be interesting as I navigate working, taking care of my property, and making my videos. I am praying for a good outcome and getting back to normal as soon as I can. 🙏💖🙏
Black Diamond is the best watermelon. Reminds me of my younger days and my Grandpa. And kids love smash burgers. I’d watch you even if you were in a bad mood, Gary. It’s life. I like honey mustard on just about anything. I like a bit brown too. I’m sorry about your baby duck. Do the minis take as long as a normal donkey does? Isn’t it a year? I will add Rangers name to my list for prayer. Thank you for the video
Hey Gary, please give us a personal tutorial about maintaining your Blackstone. You're real and honest, and I believe everyone here would trust your methods and advice.
Great video love watching you all ,sorry you lost a duckling that was a big spider what do you do with them when you find them Cassie you are such a busy girl don't know how you do it . Bella is a beautiful puppy she will make a great herding dog. Please pray for me I have a torn tendon in my hip and they can't fix it till the 21of this month hard walking my dog have to use a cane but have a bad back also. Love you all stay safe and I will keep you in my prayers 🙏❤️😊
I love planting onion seed, then I get little green onions which I really love.. Take them dip them in mayo clear up to the green and roll in grated cheddar cheese so good. Need to try it Cassie.
The year I turned 13 - (on July 13th) I joined the church and went to church camp-- - believe me I was never the silent type and this year I turn 77 and I still am not the silent type. I would say having watched Ranger for the last couple of years you have nothing to fear. He is a wonderful kid and someone you will always be proud of. I have learned in all these decades that kids that are raised in church and in sports - - tend to be those that turn out the best. I wish I had raised my boys in church but because we moved so often in the Army those roots weren't put down.
I have to have the salt shaker also 👍🏻😁 I love fixing our food on the Blackstone, because it’s just much easier for me. During the summer we’re outdoors from sun up until after sundown. Once we get the farm chores done then we usually jump in the pool. If we’re not in the pool then we’re in the garden, or we could be riding on the 4 wheelers or go carts. So yeah it’s much easier to fix something to eat outside, I have a fridge in our pool building so I have it stocked not only with food but also juice, water, etc. Tht way I don’t have o clean water off the floor in the house and it’s just convenient. I hope y’all had a great Sunday, God bless u all 🫶🏻🙏
Im from Uk never put salt on watermelon but will try it . Your garden is doing really well Garry mine is still a pool non stop rain does that late seeding this year i think.❤
That all looks so good. Just break the squash in two and give to the cows. In Florida they haul loads of green tomatoes from the packing companies to the cattle. I am surprised they eat all kinds of veggies that are seconds from the packing houses.
Gary, from one dad to another, Teen Ranger, Let him know to talk with you about his decision 's BEFORE he makes them, only 2 outcomes to decision's, 1- pay the consequences or 2- reap the benefits God's Good Blessings to you and your beautiful family keep up the great work love U guys XOXOXO stay safe and healthy
That was Lumneh Acres. Was sad to hear George passed. Great channel out of New Hampshire. Close to home for me. Been watching them since they had their old property.
Cassie, when I was a kid going to visit on my grandparents farm,I would also hypnotize the chickens by holding their beaks to the ground and draw a li e in the dirt from it's beak forward, It would remain motionless for 5-10 minutes 😊 I always thought that was just the neatest thing.
The zucchini, when that big are still good as long as they are solid. I use mine that are that large to use for making zucchini bars and bread. I just slice them down the middle length wise and scoop out the seeds and then shred them. I put 4 c. in a zip bag and put them in the freezer for a later date. Blessings to you and your family. Cbris
we use to plant sweet Spanish one year we had 5 rows 300 ft long they got almost as big as a slice of bread along with a slice of tomato with a burger it filled me up at 16
Horses carry their foals for 11 months or around 294 days, Arms Family Homestead raises miniature donkeys and might be able to share more information about them. It would depend on when June was bred before the auction.
I can't wait to what to see what that black watermelon looks like & taste. The smash burgers & vegies look yummy!!! Your garden iis doing really good!! You are funny Cassie her head kept moving lol. Sounds like a really busy next week. Take care & love you all! 🙏❤☺🤗✝️😋✌
If it helps any-gestation for a mini donkey is generally anywhere from 12-14 1/2 Months... Maybe having your jennet checked might be a good idea, now you’re wondering??? And If she’s not in foal, worming may be a help with her bigger belly??? You guys are Fun to watch!!! God Bless All, 😇 🙏🏻
🐓🐓 I had a Doberman named Scotty. The neighbors had chickens, and would forget to trim the wings. When He saw them fly over, Scotty would chase them and pin them with his mouth. He was waiting for somebody to come get them and put them back. He never hurt them. We did get lots of eggs though. I miss him. 😆😆 He was very gentle. If you went "OW" when you were playing with him he would stop and lick the area.
Salt on watermelon, cantaloupe and tomatoes and raw onions. I used to be able to eat mustard and onion sandwich's but now I have to cook the onion. Ransom would probably like a hot pepper on his smash burger. Bella is trying to herd the chickens!
Use the big zucchini to spread to make coolies and bread. Also spread put in jars add pineapple juice. Hot water bath. If a recipe calls for pineapple use this. Just like pineapple. Small zucchini sliced makes good bread and butter pickles. Husband made a mistake and planted 2 packages of zucchini seeds. They all came up. I did everything I could do with them also friend's hated to see us coming.😊
Gary and Cassie, I love seeing your children outside playing in the good clean country air. That’s how I was raised.
Take the big zucchini and slice in half long ways, scoop out the seeds. Mix hamburger, rice and onion soup mix. The garden is looking good. So sorry about the duckling. The smash burgers and the grilled veggies look delicious.
Gary, larger zucchini are great stuffed after seeds removed. Bake in oven, top with a tomato sauce while baking.
That all looks so good. Just break the squash in two and give to the cows. In Florida they haul loads of green tomatoes from the packing companies to the cattle. I am surprised they eat all kinds of veggies that are seconds from the packing houses.
Gary, from one dad to another, Teen Ranger,

That was Lumneh Acres. Was sad to hear George passed. Great channel out of New Hampshire. Close to home for me. Been watching them since they had their old property.
I always enjoy seeing your family putting God first. Living the good life.
❤❤❤😊😊 My Mama used to eat them straight out of the garden. 😊
Cbris
we use to plant sweet Spanish one year we had 5 rows 300 ft long they got almost as big as a slice of bread along with a slice of tomato with a burger it filled me up at 16
Prayers go with him at church camp 🙏❤🤗
Horses carry their foals for 11 months or around 294 days, Arms Family Homestead raises miniature donkeys and might be able to share more information about them. It would depend on when June was bred before the auction.
Love salt on watermelon and cantaloupe. Your garden is beautiful.
I can't wait to what to see what that black watermelon looks like & taste. The smash burgers & vegies look yummy!!! Your garden iis doing really good!! You are funny Cassie her head kept moving lol. Sounds like a really busy next week. Take care & love you all! 🙏❤☺🤗✝️😋✌
Always salt on watermelon, cantaloupe, and grapefruit...brings out the sweetness
God Bless All,
😇

Thoughts and Prayers for the family and fellow followers ❤😊
Cassieand Gary you are great parents to them kids
🐓🐓 I had a Doberman named Scotty. The neighbors had chickens, and would forget to trim the wings. When He saw them fly over, Scotty would chase them and pin them with his mouth. He was waiting for somebody to come get them and put them back. He never hurt them. We did get lots of eggs though. I miss him. 😆😆 He was very gentle. If you went "OW" when you were playing with him he would stop and lick the area.
Please prayer for my knee. I take care 89 year grandma and I hurt my knee. Amen
🙏🏼🙏🏼
Salt on all melons is great, yum yum
Praying
😊 all melons take salt, delicious
I love the way you cooked them that looked great.
I had my son come in and watch how you make the smash burgers... I really want to try them. I showed my son because he does all the cooking.
Happy Birthday Ranger. Have a fantastic day.
Love and blessings to you all 💕💕🙏🙏🙏🕊🕊
