Broom hockey (ball) is a legitimate game, my husband played on a company team against other companies, in 1980- through the mid 1990s. Used to be a great social event. Was a really big league in the community I lived in.

Amen! That is what we did, although the Judge wasn't there, so we went to a church nearby where a very nice pastor married us. He made it very special.
💕 I love “how we met” stories. I met my husband at a “50’s Dance” …. We all dressed up for the era. I wore my Dad’s white shirt with sleeves rolled up , jeans cuffed , saddle shoes and a high ponytail. So long ago…1973. Sadly he passed away when he was only 52. I do have a prayer request…for my grandson who has CF …. He needs to have a lung clean out and prayers for him and the medical team are so appreciated. Thanking in advance 🙏🏻🌻
