Hi, I’m JT Franco, “the no-bullshit Amazon seller”. On this channel, you will get a 100% transparent look into Amazon FBA and entrepreneurship. I’m not the guy that knows it all, but I share my experiences in building 7 figure online brands so that you can implement my success and avoid my failures. As a high school dropout turned millionaire, it's my mission to spread the way of the REBEL. That means going against conventional wisdom to live a life ABOVE anyone's expectations. If you want to learn how to build viral internet brands and leave the 9-5 world, without the guru Lambo BS, then this is the channel for you!
"a full team looking for couches" ok youre a legend
Saw this video yesterday afternoon, rented a fluid truck and picked up my first 2 FREE couches today, got a free TV too. Also think they might already be sold 🤞🏿if so I'll break even at $16 for the day and the next few days will be straight profit 📈. Thanks for the idea 💡.
so now 5 months later, how was the whole finances/experience? you are still doing it?
@@RAHISTILLL nah, it was murder on the back. Made like $700 and called it a wrap. Half of it went to my chiropractor. It works though if you got the fitness level and raw energy.
@@cardibmouflookdumb3260 ohh i really was expecting a full blown success story.. I guess the real thing is not as easy as the yt community makes it out to be
@@RAHISTILLL it's easy af. But it was only 2 of us, and we weren't very physically fit lol. Plus my partner couldn't handle the hours and leg work for more than 3 days.
@@cardibmouflookdumb3260 so would you recommend this to other people (with perhaps better physique) regardless of your experience?
Because I'm seriously considering to do this
Its crazy that you created a 5 figure business in 3 months while others spend 4 years getting in debt for a degree that they might not even use!
Yeah getting in debt to work a 9-5 that doesn’t pay enough to service the debt!
College is such a scam - entrepreneurship all the way :)
life is crazy
@@scarfit41 who u telling i got scammed at bronx community college aka broke community college lol
Yall are fuckin weird
@@OluwaShagoon dang bro
sneaker flipping can get crazy bro, i'd like to see you go at it
Just started the research now, gonna jump in soon!
ew, that's how you get moldy toes
@@BlissetEris when u sneaker re sell u don’t normally buy the shoes to wear then but to collect them idiot
@@itzshanboi9404 chill man. Not needed. The person clearly didn't understand.
When you get any vehicle in rough shape its always good to inspect it thoroughly. Look up a few vids on how to check for vacuum leaks, oil leaks, coolant leaks, suspension wear (bushings, control arms, shock absorbers) how to do an oil change or any fluid change, ALWAYS test drive the vehicle before you buy it unless it's not in running condition, listen for any out of the ordinary noise. If you're able and the vehicle is post 1980s I'd consider buying a code reader for around 75 bucks, it can show you problems detected by sensors in the vehicles components which can be very useful for diagnosing what has broken or what will be broken if an issue isn't fixed right away. It explains in detail what the code stands for so there's no confusion around it. Basic knowledge of common issues can save you fortunes brother, i couldn't believe how much you had to pay to get her fixed up. Just laying it down, keep at it this is amazing!
How about car, motorcycle, truck flipping. Check the vehicle report history before buying. Find a cheaper place to get repairs done. Also you could expand the couch flipping into other furniture like beds, tables, desks. Could also try selling some brand new furniture alongside your used furniture. There's also some potential in flipping bicycles and scooters, especially if you can hire a cheap bike mechanic who can do electrical bike repairs. The only problem is that, as you experienced, sometimes repairs are more expensive than buying another one in good condition. Another idea is to try to expand this couch flipping to other cities
Thanks for the suggestions man, I think cars would be a cool one to try out for sure. Only problem is I'm not mechanically inclined 😅
Awesome video! Would have loved to see breakdown for employee cost. Looking forward to the next series!
I was thinking about doing a detailed expense breakdown, but thought it would bore some people 😄 I'll make a follow-up video "how-to" style with more details.
@@jt.franco would love to know how much the employee cost was as well. VA’s and haulers
@@jt.franco nerds like us always love a detailed breakdown of expenses!
would love to see some sneaker reselling man. Depending on how adventitious you get, money can start coming in quick
Been looking into it for a few days, there's definitely lots of ways to go about it. Have you tried it yourself? any tips?

@@jt.franco do you need any kind of business licenses ?
Did you guys ever have to clean (vacuum/wipe down) couches before you sold them? And carry any insurance incase of damage while delivering?
Very motivational and awesome to see a hustle from the start instead of after you've already succeeded.
You are a true hustler. 😎 Get dat money.💶
I like that you were real and honest about loosing money!
Loved your videos! When you were searching for that truck I was screaming at my phone “buy a trailer!!!”
Wow you went all in. One thing to consider is an enclosed trailer to move items which has pluses and minuses but the big thing is no engine and trans to deal with besides cheaper insurance.
It would be amazing if you would make a detailed video about how you put a team together
This video is amazing. Thanks for showing us your experience
Would it be better to have leased the truck and worked out a monthly deal.
Man I have a crazy work ethic if I seen this job ad I would have killed it with the job and interview
You really expanded your business fast! Super dope and I love your ambition! It’s really inspiring
Does it make sense to keep that much inventory? I just sell like 2 or 3 couches at a time but keep it to stuff that I know will sell fast. I'm also not making the kind of money you make tho
I would say yes, because it'll all sell eventually. He's essentially running an online furniture store, and since ikea doesn't stock inventory 2-3 at a time, if you want to compete you shouldn't either.
You should launch your own “Hustle & Muscle” cash boxes. I ended up buying a generic one after seeing yours and now i store all my cash there! it keeps me motivated because an empty cash box is depressing as hell! Hahaha. A branded one would be high key sick.. just saying! (I want a cut of the profits for giving you the idea lol)
I literally did the same...
Dude that's a sick idea! Will definitely look into it. I'll be sure to send you the first one if this becomes a thing!
i think you should do furniture im general like bedframes wardrobes tables
You deserve more subscribers. Love this content and energy! Keep it up
Thanks Michael! Will do
Bro, how did you overcome Facebook marketplace only giving your couches 1-2 views after having it posted on there for 2-3 days?
Lol I bet that guy that sold that truck would have let it go for $2k. Sorry you had to spend all that to get it repaired. Something tells me the owner knew it was a POS. As long as the truck keeps up, you've got a good automated system running now and added a great revenue stream
sometime it's better to put a little more and have a low mileage used truck . but even if you know mechanic you can be screwed sometime...
This is insane $$$ flipping couches. Congrats!!!!
Awesome work! POG!
the best part about this video is the JT not only making money from couch flipping but also making a video about the couch flippin. this is a full-on Graham Stephen style inception shit lol bravo sir
So cool project, you inspired me today.
Thanks bro, get at it!
Yo bro u realyy inspire me to flip furniture for my retail business ...Yo thanks man
Loving these videos
Subscribed cause i seen the Canadian notes🇨🇦
Trust me bro sneaker reselling is such an overcrowded market rn . To even try to get sneakers for retail you'll either have to try botting witch is already a huge expense and learning curve is extremely steep or get really lucky on SNKRS. And SNKRS is painful in Canada. Also try to avoid the scammers.
This is great brother!!!
Hey Jt, like your hustle. Lets connect.
Definitely keep doing the couch flipping bro
💯
Jt that was awesome!
Nice toque bro Go flames!!!
Wow, great video! A pickup truck is not really an option for me. Can you please give me your honest opinion on using a 5x8 utility trailer? They have them around $800 at Lowe's. Thanks! 🙂
get a trailer if that is what you can afford because its cheaper than a vehicle that has a engine compartment and trans. No insurance to pay either.
Great journey 🙏👍
I love flipping couches and beds 🛌
respect the hustle bro
Would you mind sharing the Google Doc that you made to create the job listing? THAT WOULD BE AWESOME! Looking to scale and create some passiveness in the side hustle
You didn’t go over salaries expenses. I think this is a good hustle for a single person, but how much does it pay after you divide the cash to your 2+ employees? I’ll bet those numbers aren’t as sexy.
He literally said INCLUDING EMPLOYEE EXPENSES
Hi Jt, thank you, your training is awesome especially the FBA. Do you use any other source of wholesalers besides Alibaba.

I’m 17 rn and honestly am scared of growing, I felt like I was 12 yesterday time flys way to fast. Does anyone have any ideas or any good hustles to make money?
Hey man, I completely understand what’s going through your mind right now. Just to start off the flipping industry I would recommend try flipping small gadgets/electronic and then slowly move up to bigger items.
@@azzyop7446 thanks so much for the feedback and for the great videos you make I really appreciate it. It’s been hard lately I have lots of family issues and then money issues all that just stresses us but now that you’ve helped me get an idea of what I can do it just makes it a lot easier, thanks a lot man!
Do hotshot and download dat load board app. Look up how on RUclips how hotshot work. You can haul less than 10k pounds
@@ictofu8166 No problem buddy, glad I could help you out in a way.😁 Wishing you the best of luck flipping!! 🤞
I’m 20, when I was 17 I had a driving license. I would flip ti-84 calculators. I would buy in the 10-25 dollar range and flip for 45-60 bucks depending on condition. College students typically buy every quarter and you can find people selling for cheap throughout the year. The summer is really slow but a really good time to buy 30-40 of them as no one is in classes. And when classes start back up in September they sell like hot cakes, 3-4 a day. Really easy hustle to make a thousandish a month, it’s worth your time.
I'm gonna buy a little harbor freight trailer for my car in about a week, but I was wondering if when I start should I let people know that a flip couches?
what camera you use for this video?
For the sneakers you going to be flipping bricks or hyped releases?
I would of complained about that truck bro they said they fixed it and then started leaking they ripped you off 💯
How do you go about asking the people your getting the couch from to help you move it to your car?
I’d probably wanna know somebody would help me move it before I drive all the way out and I don’t want to pay someone because it cuts into profits… any advice?
I believe he said that’s why he brought an extra set of hands. He mentioned it in the first video bc 9/10 they won’t help u move em
How do you pay your people who source the couches? per hour? per couch found?
Thanks!
I think paying per couch would be ideal, or providing a fixed cut of the revenue might be a good incentive for finding good, profitable couches. I think I’d go for the latter.
A 30 day challenge can be lawn mowing. You could potentially make 500 dollars in 5 hours
how are u not viral yet????
My storage units only $85 a month and it looks like it’s the same size at yours.
Amazing job
Great video bro! How much are you paying all your employees?
Good Job
Do you find posting your listings at a certain time, help? Or posting several times throughout the day? How do you go about posting them? Im a flipper in Houston Texas
I haven't noticed a difference in time of day, but weekends is definitely the most active time. So I'll usually try to post or renew posts on Friday evening.
@@jt.franco ok thank you for that priceless info. I'll try that. Keep up the great content. I havent hit $8k yet. I need to figure out how to flip them quicker
Could you please help think of something two semi fit ladies can do to make money? I was really thinking on doing this, starting next week, but I don’t know if we can lift the couches by ourselves 😔
Great video!!! Did u do that just to make a RUclips video? Because u are already making a lot with amazon fba and your courses.!!!Buy the way, always inspect before buying a car or a truck!!!
Welp, I’m getting some couches
please continue man
How did you hire the "team"? were they paid under the table? were they paid a hourly wage?
Beautiful 🤟🏻
I don’t have a pickup and uhaul in my is always full with appointments and Home Depot don’t let me rent a pickup because I’m 20🙄 I tried to rent a pickup for a whole day and also they are gone.
Really interesting video
I will be starting Amazon fba by using viral launch any tips to succeed? Will be starting with about 1400$

Video game flipping would be cool!
Interesting, didn't even know people did that. Is it for like old rare games?
@@jt.franco Pretty much any game you can find at good prices and resale, there’s a guy here on RUclips, his channel is Phoenix Resale.. He buys and sales games full time on Amazon. It’s especially profitable right now due to everyone being stuck at home.
