I don't see why this is ingenious, this is normal work. When you specialize in an area you get quite good at it.
It is in a way, as not every average worker has these tools at least in the U.S. on non construction sites. Else why would they have made this video?

I see women working hard as hell, no steel toe shoes to protect them, no heavy gloves to protect them. Men cutting concrete no mask to protect their lungs. No body with eye protection. Not good for workers to be treated like this or to buy products form companies who do not protect the workers. Hard working people with total disregard from employers.

Yes, most of these people are very impressive. Its just a shame that amongst all these talented people they had to include that clip at 1:35 which is simply video of a guy throwing bricks over his shoulder but run in reverse.
