@@remishimazu Yeah exactly you need multiple trip in order to explore...Last April 2023 we just visited Fukuoka and other parts of Kyushu...Fukuoka is a very cool place...hoping we can visit again...

Remi ... i've been watching videos on these small family. restarants , typically run by 2-3 generations of family in Japan . these restaraunts would typically just concentrate on simple , family style dishes like Udon noodles topped with a meat , termpera . typically they all woukd have fried rice , gyoza , pork cutlet, etc .... Do you know of any places like this in Gardena , Los Angeles, or anywhere in California ?? I go to Japan once a year .. I'm sure I'll try and seek one out in some small neighborhood. thanks !! Rich
