    For Memorial Day weekend our friends joined us on a trip up to the Nacimiento Copper Mine tunnels. We started just outside of Cuba New Mexico and took the old trails up the Jemez Mountains in the Santa Fe National Forest. Hope you enjoy!

    Thanks to the RUclips algorithm, I found your channel today. I love it! Your drone videos, especially while riding up the mountain to the Nacimiento mine are spectacular. As a land owner, dirt bike, ATV, and now RZR rider; I have been riding throughout the Cuba Ranger District of the Santa Fe National Forest for the past 45 years. This mine, as well as the top of Bluebird Mesa directly across SR 126, are my favorite places to take new visitors to the area. I look forward to future videos from 505 Outsiders.

      Thank you for the compliments. We grew up in Cuba so we spent many of our days enjoying the Santa Fe national forest. More to come for sure!

    Do you think this trail is possibly for a Tacoma?

      For the most part yes. The last drop into the tunnels would be hard in a Tacoma

      I love coming up the longer harder way to make it a half day trip. So many things to see in the Jemez mountains.

    Awesome video. Is this trail big enough for a Bronco or /Jeep?

    • @505Outsiders
      @505Outsiders  Год назад

      It would be kinda tight at the top from the lookout to the tunnels

      We have family that we park at the base of the mountain off of 126. We start at copper city road and go up to the top of the mountain.
