The members of the alliance donate essence and jade into the war chest and this becomes like a bank from which the generals can draw special advantages for the team during the conquest war. The essence goes towards buying Rally Flags during a CW. When a rally flag is placed on a node, it ads 50% more wp to each person's attack. The jade goes towards buying Blockades during a CW. When a blockade is placed on a node, it takes away 50% of the wp that an opponent's team will earn per attack on that node. Each team can put enough jade and essence into the war chest to have up to five of each kind of advantage before the war starts. Only one of each kind can be used at any one time during the war. If a rally flag is placed on a node, then another rally flag is placed by that same team, it would remove the first rally flag and replace it with the second one. Ditto blockades. If a blockade is placed by an opponent on a node you want to take, it can be neutralized by placing a rally flag on that same node. The war chest is only open for donations in between CWs. During an actual conquest war, the war chest is closed and can only be drawn from and spent.
