I even played this during a tabletop RPG I ran that was inspired by Super Sentai when my players' characters had their first henshin and roll call, and the moment I hit "play" the whole table erupted in joy! Brilliance!

Iron Man 1 was probably the best in terms of tech because, unlike in Iron Man 2 (and 3...) each armor had something that made it special and didn't feel line-assembled. The only armor to retain this in IM2 was the Mk V suitcase-armor, and in Iron Man 3... the Mk 42 had some cool moments but felt underpowered, the cool armors got incinerated 2 seconds into the film and the Iron Legion felt random and homogenous except for some (e.g. Hulkbuster).
no but the reason they got incinerated was because thats how powerfull extremis is , they actually under powered extremis in this movie because in the comics its unbelievable

So, the Mark III can take a full-on tank shot and still function perfectly fine and keep the wearer relatively unharmed, yet future iterations of the Iron Man armor can be broken with ease because 'extremis is just that powerful!'. More like the suits were built with spare parts from the scrap heap at a local dump. The filmmakers obviously wanted to show off the power of extremis. They really should have done it without making the suits look like pieces of junk. They definitely went with "let's start him off with 42 armors now just so we can show a majority of them destroyed quickly to show off extremis", which is a shame and one of the reasons why the movie pretty much stunk.
Jonathan Chen no tanatswa chari is right Mallen nearly killed Tony in the original comic and decimated the armor and caused serve injuries to tony inside the suit . In the movie they could generate heat up to 3000 degree's Celsius in the which is enough to melt titanium a main component of the movie armors. That much heat added with enhanced strength will do that.

Not to me much it doesn't.know it's a fan favorite but at heart Avengers is simply a watered down version of superheroes catering to box office success for an all age audience and selling a lot of toys.yes IM can be accused partially of the same but I liked how it captured the thrill of becoming a super hero and also the trial and error in finally getting your suit right. to me it sort of captured the romantic notions of why you would want to be a superhero, not just to have a fancy suit and join the club but to transcend your current physical state to another.

Iron Man 1 had the best music of any of the solo movies. It fits so perfectly with his character! The drums and guitar have a very grunge feel which is exactly what I think of with the early iron man suits (Mk1/2 especially). The other solo movies were good in their own right, but this (and Winter Soldier as a close second) were the best.

More like the suits were built with spare parts from the scrap heap at a local dump. The filmmakers obviously wanted to show off the power of extremis. They really should have done it without making the suits look like pieces of junk.
They definitely went with "let's start him off with 42 armors now just so we can show a majority of them destroyed quickly to show off extremis", which is a shame and one of the reasons why the movie pretty much stunk.

Jonathan Chen no tanatswa chari is right Mallen nearly killed Tony in the original comic and decimated the armor and caused serve injuries to tony inside the suit . In the movie they could generate heat up to 3000 degree's Celsius in the which is enough to melt titanium a main component of the movie armors. That much heat added with enhanced strength will do that.

Not to me much it doesn't.know it's a fan favorite but at heart Avengers is simply a watered down version of superheroes catering to box office success for an all age audience and selling a lot of toys.yes IM can be accused partially of the same but I liked how it captured the thrill of becoming a super hero and also the trial and error in finally getting your suit right. to me it sort of captured the romantic notions of why you would want to be a superhero, not just to have a fancy suit and join the club but to transcend your current physical state to another.

Iron Man 1 had the best music of any of the solo movies. It fits so perfectly with his character! The drums and guitar have a very grunge feel which is exactly what I think of with the early iron man suits (Mk1/2 especially).
The other solo movies were good in their own right, but this (and Winter Soldier as a close second) were the best.
