Larry Grayson is such an underrated comedian in the UK yet he was a very brilliant clever man not offending anyone like they do today with the camp humour. In my estimates he was the king of Saturday night television. All these appearances with Des O'conner should be on Dvd by now for all the Grayson fans.
I dont believe he was underated his tv success with Generation Game far.exceeded.the very large audiences that bruce forsyth achieved in that show He amused many ages and types and was successful in early 70s on theatres amd the prestige of a succesful run in his own London Palladium show Of course every artist has am audience that likes or dislikes. But larry achieved a great warmth with his kind of audience amd thats still lasting
We need you here in 2022 Larry. You could remind people how warm and fun life used to be and stop em being so bloody serious. Most people today Larry think living is about avoiding dying. Come back and cheer everyone up mate.
Have they ever done any shows together? Both adorable personalities. Love them. Both gone but we’ll never forget. Such class. Unlike the foul entertainers today
I would Love to see Des O'Connor sat 'side-by-side' with Micheal Parkinson interviewing the very top celebrities of the World and absolutely not caring what they ask or say. :)
I could always remember someone on Des o Connor getting shown a picture of a burds arse and saying "I seem to know her face" 😂 Should have known it would have been Larry.
never will tire of watching larry a legend god bless
To legends who bought pleasure to millions.A treat to watch ❤

Can you imagine Larry Grayson on TV and live on stage in front of the "Wokesters". He'd put them in their place with a single glance!
