Is emulsifier 322 vegan? Actually I making vegan nutella so wanted to know if its vegan and what is the quantity to be used in 200g of nutella and how does it taste? How long the life shell will increase?

Did you know that in America food labels do not have to say whether or not they are GMO? American imported products in the UK require a replacement label and all the usual things you eat all contain GMO. GM products are not banned in the UK but you have to put it on labels.
I'd wager so. Soy is in everything. Look around at some of the "men" today and it's not hard to see the effects. AVERAGE test levels have *dropped* like 30% over the last 40 year. Look it up. It may be higher by now. But I'd imagine a more effeminate population is easier to control.
Trying to find foods (on very restricted diet) due to end stage kidney disease & almost every product (sprays, nut milks, granola bars & GMO soy lectin) & I’m sure there are even in many “organic’s”! As now finding now most foods (chicken, meat, dairy) is being produced by same big foods monopolies & mislabel on purpose 😤 & can’t spend two hours at any store just trying to find things w/o it as one daunting task & almost can’t as don’t live in Oregon but right in the middle of rural IL 😳! Still can’t much from the farms as Whole Foods now ships in everything through state & federal “laws” & forcing stores to only use them? How do I know? My daughter owns a small restaurant & wants to get more local food, but regulations force her to have Whole Foods drive big 18 wheelers on roads meant for horse & buggy sizes 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️. If the US doesn’t stop this harmful way of mass producing & modifying our foods there are already so many young ppl suffering w serious diseases actually caused by consumption of all this CRAP!
+thuy tien Hi Thuy, the oil in water or water in oil part doesn't rely on the ratio of volumes of each. Technically, the oil and water are not mixing together, they are being bound together by these phospholipid molecules. Here is an article that goes more in depth into the process...www.aocs.org/Membership/FreeCover.cfm?ItemNumber=19406.
Hey William, honestly I don't have a lot of knowledge on the fermentation process, but I did read that there are some digestive benefits and some drawbacks with fermented soy, but that seems to be the case with everything.
I just want to know if soy lecithin promotes estrogen in men! Does anyone know the answer, I can find research showing that it does and research showing that it has little to no effect?
Hey Catch 22, yea, the research shows both sides, like you stated. The human body is very very complex, and not everyone's body reacts the same to certain things. Some people can't have gluten, or react poorly to milk products, and others are allergic to nuts or shellfish. The point being that everybody is different, and that is probably why the research is so conflicting. Unfortunately, there usually are no absolutes. I will tell you this, if soy lecithin is a major concern for you, then completely avoid it. If you are trying to be cautious, then limit the amount of it you are consuming. "The poison is in the dose".
Interesting video but you did not quite answer the how is made question and claim that it is exposed to toxic chemicals at the end, you should be more precise when giving alerts to people.
Unfortunately Organic in the food industry doesn't mean it's non GMO. So just because the package says Organic, it can still be highly GMO ridden. -- In the industry Organic means the Seed isn't genetically modified to grow bigger or better. & Non-GMO means there's no Chemicals used to modify it's growth. -- So unless it has the Organic & Non-GMO stamps on it, you're getting one or the other. And it's rare to find something that has both stamps. --- And what's worse is tons of people don't care.
Sorry to bother, but you got it all mixed up. Organic means it was grown naturally, without any Unnatural Chemicals added, be it a fertilizer or a pesticide,(there are natural fertilizers and pesticides) etc... And GMO means Genetically Modified Organism. They are Genetically modified to be more resistant, grow faster, yield more and to "interact" with pesticides, nothing to do with chemicals. You can grow GMO's Organically.
Incorrect. If a product is labeled USDA Organic, it cannot have GMO ingredients. Because USDA Organic foods are already non-GMO, many food manufacturers don’t bother with the non-GMO label. These labels cost manufacturers money. However, some manufacturers pay to have both labels on their products to make consumers believe their product is superior to the product labeled only with the USDA Organic label. Don’t get tricked into this. As I said, if a product is labeled USDA Organic, it is already non-GMO. Having the additional non-GMO label just means this manufacturer has extra money to spend on certification. That being said, if you are comparing two foods that have only ONE of these labels, it is always best to choose the USDA Organic label over the non-GMO label. Reference: USDA National Organic Program Policy. Also, Google search “Organic 101: Can GMOs Be Used in Organic Products.”
There is not much of a difference between the GMO varieties and Organic varieties. I'd be vastly more concerned with non-sustainable and harsher chemical processing depending on what's being done/used. Want a company to decrease energy and water consumption and source sustainable and mild chemicals for processing when the information is available
Hey hot fella, if you search, you will find research saying it does increase estrogen, and research saying it does not increase estrogen. Everyone's body reacts differently to different foods. If this is a major concern for you, then avoid soy lecithin the best you can, or limit the amount you are consuming. I think it is always a good idea to eat a wide variety of foods, and not over consume any one type of food.
Is it even possible to get organic soy lecithin? I believe the process of separating the lecithin from the soy oil requires a chemical scrub (acetone for example). Thus, you can find non GMO, but not organic? I'm not positive, I just know I've not found it yet.
Hey GregJoshuaW, I don't know if you can purchase organic soy lecithin as a stand alone product, such as in capsules or granules. But if you search "Clarkson Soy Products", they have both organic soy lecithin and organic sunflower lecithin on their site. I don't know if they sell to the public or only food manufactures. I have seen organic soy lecithin in a few food products. Oatmega, who makes protein bars, does use organic soy lecithin in some, not all of their products. But, yes you are correct, I have never seen it offered as product by itself. Take care.
I hate when videos tell you to stay away from GMO's. It's just fearmongering. There's nothing wrong with GMO's and often they're actually quite beneficial. It makes me call into question any information I'm given by someone when they tell me GMO's are bad because if they're spreading false information like that, what other false things have they said.
@@chip2881 I'm not exactly sure what you mean. It seems like biodiversity wouldn't be affected in most cases as the organisms we're modifying are already removed from their natural environment and don't have a natural niche any more. If you mean for the diversity in our crops for providing protection from disease, this is one of the issues that is often ameliorated by genetic modification. Of note is that genetically modified organisms gain mutations and diversity the same as any other organism.
i like the way you break it down so someone with absolutely no concept of chemistry can understand it
