      It’s not Live - it was live and it was a prerecord. You just get to watch us in real time. Those recordings sell for $330 but you got them in the bundle!! You can watch them anytime you like!     Hi Lissa, should I be worried about the alkaloide in plants of we eat raw that we get to much from it, like if you eat lettuce everyday or tomato or other things what you eat everyday. Thank you ❤

      Alkaloids?! I’m not concerned about those. Plants are incredibly healthy for us and it’s shown time and time again that we live longer and healthier lives eating them. That doesn’t scare me one bit. I eat a HUGE variety of plant raw like fruit, greens, veggies, cruciferous, sprouts etc. I eat a lot of variety means lots of different plants every day. My salads have many different types of things. I don’t think we need to be scared. There are a lot of people online trying to scare people away from eating plant - just go back to the science. I don’t trust people who promote food fears.
