Now, I've been overcoming all my health ailments. I'm also feeling good and energetic. So Maintaining Calories intake and Use is crucial to avoid health complications.

In exercise, it is always good to do aerobic exercise, strength training, stretches or yoga combined( Ofcourse depending on time, these can be planned on different days or mix them in to a single session). If possible , while exercising, do them with present mindedness, it covers another excellent base that is meditation. This is the package I use, and I am 52 year old with good physique and health.
