Books that give you a taste of Canadian life - may be non-fiction or not 7. A walk-through of a Service Canada center, possibly with a staff member, to get a taste of the services they provide 8. A walk-through of a public library, and the available facilities besides book borrowing. This is particularly important when new immigrants are on a limited budget 9. You mentioned FB groups where people help settle new immigrants. An interview with a volunteer at the group would be great Thanks again!
