The Halswell Polo grounds is a great flying site. I did manage to pick the end closest to the trees today, so that made flights more 'interesting' while I ensured not to perch in any of those trees.
Great Flight. Very enjoyable watching your flight. Up here in Whangarei, it seems like I have traded my remote control for a chain saw. If its not raining, there are trees down everywhere to deal with, or blocked drains to clear.
Gabrielle must have been really ticked off with you guys up north! Canterbury barely got touched, though the surf was evidently spectacular afterwards. Hope you are recovering Ok. Glad you enjoyed the flight, I'm less nervous with the Conscendo now, even though I've already had to replace a suspect part. Hopefully the elevator servo is the only one that's going to fail! 😁
