    If it is true that Young Thug was complicit in the murder of another black man everything that was sad on this episode is null and void. We gotta hold each other accountable man. In the same breathe that Joe mentions “all the people they were taking care of” we neglect the families affected by the alleged murders. This is sad.

      You shouldn’t make excuses for negative behaviour but you can always have nuance in conversations. I agree the JBP could have done a better job at not glossing over the evidence against YSL. In general I think it’s more so a conversation about how to avoid a YSL/RICO situation.

      I think that’s rap fans in general at this point. When I heard about this indictment, I found ALOT of information within about 30 minutes regarding what’s been going on with YSL in Atlanta for the past decade.
      They acting like the police literally just chose to fuck with them because they’re young, rich black men lol. When the lyrics are supported by verifiable evidence it’s like they’re bragging about committing crimes.

    If Joe, Ice, Ish & Parks are too nervous to be honest about it because they are public figures and don't want to get caught lackin, thats cool. He was also involved in a gun case, along with other YSL members that was dropped last year (it can be picked back up). They arrested 28 people, once people start telling, they will begin to place Gunna places, speak about conversations and acts he was present for, etc. and his charges will be upgraded.

    I had to stop watching the pod so much because joe always do this. As a former street dude 10 plus years removed this always happens. When you are blessed with a opportunity to escape your youthful misfortune. You should thank God and help others get out. Thug has been blessed and has given a lot of opportunity to a lot of people but this is unacceptable. All those people he was helping to feed and depended on him is at a lost now. How many times does this has to happen to the people in our community for us to wake up. In the span of 10 years we have seen it happen to gs9 cassnova lucci thug 69 etc it’s time for a change. Street stuff ain’t cool and would never be cool. I hope thug is able to learn and grow from this situation. Accountability is everything. Nothing is that serious.
