60" National Industrial Ceiling Fan

Located at Homestay in bedroom. Here are 60" National Industrial Ceiling Fan model F-150YM. I show all speed and spindown (I rarely want to wait for him to stop).
Up and down bearing is very noisy, when turning there is a sound like a squeaking sound at all speed. Speed 1 only can only turn a little and stop because the bearing is damaged, Speed 2 spin very slow, speed 3,4,5 it's ok, just a squeaking sound so annoying (when you want to sleep)
Logo at motor cover is missing and all blade Very rusty. Even though the ball bearing is damaged, it still produces wind and fast.
Controlled by original regulator.
