I have to admit, your videos on the game and animation are well done. I’m also glad I wasn’t the only one who fought Enjiang Zhou multiple times just to get easy money.
Hey. I really like this series of videos. Your videos are way better than Shenmue Dojo's. They just speak for three hours (per week) without a plan in mind, and I feel just like my time was wasted. Yours are informative as they should. Thank you. Please do episodes 12 and 13. I have completed all three games (plus the three DLCs) but only once. I don't know the series from the inside out like you do. I should though. I love this franchise. I wish I played it sooner. One of the good sides of the pandemic: backlog annihilation.
I think there's room for both. Magnus does great snappy content with some awesome detail. Don't forget Dojo Interviewed Magnus not long back. Dojo is the most detailed and indepth video out there on each episode and, if you're not into the longer form they do the shorter stuff via streams they snip down too. Both work. It's just preference
@ShenmueFrankie Actually, I like their content, I access their channels daily. I just made a fair comparison. Even as a one-man team, Magnus does a better job than they do at commenting about the anime, at least in my opinion. I'm grateful for these informative but shorter and more straight to the point kind of videos, that's why I also subscribed to his channel.
Thank you friend for your analysis. I didn't know what to expect from the animation, considering that Shenmue III had been a letdown (IMO). But it got my interest peaked and no doubt I am going to watch Shenmue animation. Seems to be a top class animated series. Is it possible to purchase the chapters to download, or they can only be viewed online?
I think in the animation they make it seem like Ren complains about losing the money to give him an excuse to follow Ryo without actually expressing that he wants to stick with him because he's the hard boiled type.
