Hi Queens in Christ! I was reassembling my new Nama J2 Juicer today and ran into a bit of a challenge. I thought I would point this out to you in case you have purchased one and just want to see really fast what the issue is when you run across this. It's a quick and easy thing, so don't break your new machine! LOL

LOLOLOL Hysterical!!! That is how I felt too girl!!!! I said, this thing cost way too much money for me to be fighting with it LOL Glad I calmed myself down enough to notice the problem. They tell you to assemble in a specific order. However, they don't tell you why and point out this little piece makes all the difference in the world!

These were the best instructions by far. I also had the same problem and after more than an hour, and a massive crying spell, I called my daughter over. Nama does not specify the importance of what you explained.
Oh no! More tears??? I'm so glad this helped! No, Nama does not. I was really surprised, too, because this is pretty key info. You literally can NOT operate this machine if this is not known. You can also break it if you don't know this. It's a small piece with huge consequences.

This helped me tremendously, I unboxed yesterday, washed everything up and couldn't get it to work, that little piece is a pain if you aren't aware of how to assemble properly, I can now start using my juicer today, video was very helpful, thank you

However, I could get it to turn on and I thought my machine was defected. For dang near two hours I tried to get it to work but thanks to you success! It didn’t dawn on me that it’s imperative to line up everything while not on the base. People like you makes a difference. Thanks again!🙏🏾

@@aQueenInChrist NAMA instructions almost had me send it back. You saved them from a return LOL. I have made sorbet, and different juices. I did notice when I place frozen fruits inside the pitcher, it somewhat stopped as if the engine got frozen after I let it sit for 10 min, it started back up. I thought maybe the fruit was just too hard and frozen that stopped it. But, it is back to working. Thank you again

The instructions that came with mine did not say anything about this little plastic object. Hopefully, they've caught wind of this issue and will include it along with the helpful information that they gave us at the time . Thanks for watching.

So glad I'm not the only one that thought their juicer was broken . Spent 30 minutes trying to assemble it, went back and looked at the directions, realized what I did wrong. Good video.

Yes thank you! Very helpful! I just figured out that I needed to take the whole unit off to separate the 2 but I didn't understand why....now I do! LOL I have been trying so hard to take the top off while it's on the base and that little piece is so strong!

Well to be fair, I probably tried like 3 times to put it together and just left it alone. But this year since I am giving raw veganism a try I felt like it was worth giving it another go before buying a new juicer.

😂That’s exactly the problem I had last night when I just got my Nama. You have to lock the hopper in before placing it on the motor unit! I almost lost my mind for a minute.

I bought my Nama over a year ago…..and just had it sitting on the counter…..i do have a really nice omega juicer also…… yesterday, i decided to make some apple-ginger shots……i could not get it to work!! I took it apart several times…….i just thought it was dead……so i had to take everything out & use my omega (which is in excellent shape). 😊 i followed your advice…..and now my Nama is working!! So yesterday, I would not assemble the juicer and watched the video on the Nama website.
This morning I couldn't assemble and come across your video. Thank you for this video cause I was ready to return this item.
Nama needs to mention this in the video, but I guess if you look at the video closely you will see that she does not put the chamber on the base until the hopper is attached.

You're right. I did mention to someone that they do emphasize a sequential order. However, they do not say why. Sometimes that "why" is a very crucial one and needs to be pointed out. LOL In this case, if Nama specifically pointed out this little piece my video would not be this popular. LOL
