    Stephanie, I have been following your work for over 2 years now. And I love everything you make. This video of yours, demonstrating the Peyote with a Twist is the first, by far, best ever video I’ve ever seen. I’ve bought patterns & watched others tutorials after the purchase & could still not follow the pattern. But, YOU, have explained it all so very detailed, from making your own pattern, to reading the patterns in writing & following it too, so you don’t get lost. You also provided all the tools to get it all done, from the graph paper to the paper so you don’t loose your spot. I wish I’d found this on your webpage before I bought all those patterns. Keep up the excellent work. Thanks again Stephanie for your expertise & ever so helpful tips & demonstrations. God bless you.

    I made this as a bangle yesterday in 6/0s because I wasn't comfortable trying the 11/0s yet with the twist pattern. It turned out so chunky and awesome. I've gotten so many compliments on it. It gave me the confidence to do it again with the 11/0s. Thanks!!! 😘 you're a wonderful teacher.

    Turns out that this is actually easy; it may take a little thinking but most worthy ventures do. I can create my own pattern and follow someone else's pattern if I so desire. You are an excellent teacher and I can't tell you how lucky I feel that I discovered your Channel last summer. (2018) You are fabulous and so are all of your designs and tutorials.

    I see why you used Miyuki - Toho is a little tighter fit inside the end cap. I had to decrease to a smaller beaded ring around the top to fit inside the cap. But the colors were great - I blended 3 different TOHO color peonies: Ceylon Pink Pearl Cotton Candy 11-909, Ceylon Light Coral 11-905, and Marbled Op Pink/Mauve 11-1202. The green was Pea Green Soup 11-1624F and white Silver-Lined Milky Cloud 11-PF2101. Black 11-49. These were so much fun I made a second one for my granddaughter to give to her teacher as an end-of-year gift. Thanks for the great inspiration!

    As always your tutorials are wonderful and explain the technique so clearly. I do have a question regarding the difference between PWAT and bead crochet. This seems so much easier and faster (loading of all the beads in bead crochet is tedious, but then you don’t have to watch a pattern). Is PWAT as flexible. Why would you do one technique over the other. Sorry for such a lengthy question. I would love to get your opinion as I know you teach both techniques (which I have also watched!) 🤗

    Stephanie, questions about the lobster claw clasp. I looked in the site you mentioned for "large lobster claw clasp" and there are many different large sizes. Could you tell me what the dimensions are of the ones you used? How do you attach these to the end caps? I don't see that the end cap or lobster claw can be "opened" to attach them and I don't see any jump rings. Am I missing something?

    • @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry
      @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry  2 года назад

      The lobster claw I used is about 1/2 to 3/4 inch long. It’s chunky. Google chunky lobster claw clasp. Use a jump ring to attach. I believe mine opened but I no longer have the bracelet so I’m not sure. I might have opened it myself but I wouldn’t suggest you do that 😀

    Oh WOW Stephanie! I've been struggling to try and learn how to read these charts and you made it be so easy! YAY!!!! I do have one question though - Noticed that on the bead chart, it begins on the right-hand side, but then when reading the word chart, it begins on the left. Am trying not to overthink (I do this a lot and is exactly why I can't do math, haha!), but do these points of starting ever change or could we pick up any word chart and know it is going to begin on the left and the word chart begins on the right?
    Thank you SO much for your fantastic tutorials. You really spoil us! Wishing you and your family a great week!❤💜🐱

      Thank you teresa 😍🌻🙏 Great question Teresa! Usually a flat Peyote pattern starts the beading at the bottom left (this could be all the time but I'm not a Peyote expert. You never know, there could be exceptions 😆). With Peytwist, the beading starts at the top right. The left and right in a flat peyote pattern can be interpreted as up and down in the Peytwist pattern once you have joined the ends. I hope I didn't confuse you further!

    Hi Stephanie, I love your work. One question on this pattern, I noticed on the join that the last bead in row 11 is an 'A', but after join when starting Row 13 in your video, it is a 'B'. Am I missing something? On my join it is an 'A'. So basically I am joining 3 'A' beads

    • @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry
      @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry  5 лет назад

      After the join you will be on row 12 which starts with an A. You Peyote up to the end then row 13 starts with an A. Does that help😃🙏

    Hi Stephanie - Thanks so much for this great tutorial! I heard you say that for using 11/0 beads to only put on 7 rows. What are the repeat rows for the 11/0? Thanks!

    Stephanie I’m currently making this but unsure how to add new thread to this style of peyote. Help?? And thanks!!!

    • @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry
      @BronzeponyBeadedJewelry  5 лет назад

      Add thread per my adding thread video. Link below. Sew your threads in by sewing through the beads 2 at a time on the diagonal. Reverse direction and continue to sew on the diagonal as you would for any Peyote piece. Knots aren’t necessary.

      Thank you astrid💚 You start the pattern repeat with row 12 through 21. Then go back to row 12 and repeat until your bracelet is the length you want minus the clasp.

    I just wanted to say "Thank you" for these peytwist youtubes that you have done. I was looking out on etsy. Not sure if you have a shop or not? But, I found a couple of patterns I thought I would try for the first time. Until I found your youtubes, I had not found anything about single and double column seam. Your first video touches on that. So I came back to watch the next one. In this one you did a fantastic job of explain how to follow the pattern! Bravo! Here is something you talked about in the first video and I have not been able to find any info so I am going to ask. If I want to do 11/0's or 15/0 (not sure I am ready for 15/0) will I always do 7 rows and then twist it?

    I’ve been attempting a faux Cellini spiral with different size beads. Not working quite right. Do you have thoughts?

    You have to have a computer in order to get the BeadTool. I don't have one. Is it possible for me to purchase the instructions from you and have them emailed to me so I can print it out? I would sure appreciate it. I know that I'm not the only one who doesn't have a computer. Thank you so much, Tami Williams

      Some bead websites have printable graph paper for peyote designs. Try Fire Mountain Gems. I think I downloaded peyote graph paper from them. You can also purchase beading graph paper.

      At time stamp 9:13 I put the pattern repeat on the screen. Pause the video and take a picture of it or pause at each subsequent clip when I post the repeat for each part.
