Kippy to fight dehydration I have a go to for high threat medical training I work year round and dehydration is a problem when it 90s and humid. We are running around in gear in the sun. Works for food poisoning too. DripDrop ORS available at Walgreens (Walmart too) near kids dehydration stuff. A single packed in a water bottle makes me feel better after nasty dehydration at work. Every medical provider I work with carrys a few packs in our training bags and vehilces. Developed by a WHO Doctor to replace IV bags in austere environments. Leaps and bounds better than Gatorade. To be called ORS (Oral Rehydration Solution) it must actually work similar to an IV. Very different than "Sports drink" Killer Ep as I said in a previous comment. Great guest
