Sir, IEC does not mention in case we use XLPE current rating against 90deg max temp of its insulation
This rating will bring conductor to equilibrium temp 90 degree which is not suitable for terminal of equipment which rated only 75 degree.
In this case, How to rectify this problem?

It shall be read as conductor temperature on continuous rating and not insulation. Slip of tounge
