I like how Locke is the one that got flung across the room, its like Chief just targetted him for death and when he slapped the team of Spartans Locke went flying in to the corner of the control pannel and just died.

Nah. Imagine how cool it would be to start as Locke then get thrashed so hard Locke is no longer combat capable and we play as Chief from that point for a bit with the UNSC cutscenes basically being “he’s a crossed a line, send in Noble 6,” and we play as Noble Six the rest of the game.
Also being an extremely loyal soldier who would never strike a commanding officer

Del Rio is quite a resilient man, being able to survive a slap from the MC
Especially as when he first got modified, he once killed an entire squad of ODSTs in a ring with his bare hands.

Considering real lore accuracy a spartan II in full armor and without restraint can easily punch through a concrete pillar. At best Del Rio just suffered a very bad concussion, at worst his head would have flown off his shoulders and splattered into bloody pieces against the view port on the far side of the room like a fatality from mortal kombat.

Reminds me of when the power rangers turn up to take in Blue Team and have guns drawn on them, Blue Team looks at Chief who nods his head for them to leave and they do without even keeping an eye on the power rangers. One - they know the power rangers aren't doing shit to them and Two - They know Chief himslf can beat all of them.
Buck is not in the scene cuz he's too lazy to be in, and knows he will get an ass kicking by Chief and doesn't wanna getting one again lol.
Buck might not be the brightest spark in all of UNSC, not the most modest one. But he is smart enough to not get in Chief’s way when Cortana is in danger. ;)
Buck also sees the legendary Spartan as a hero, one that he'd never want to cross, nor harm. He is very familiar with loss, and being an experienced ODST, knows, fucking with a Spartan is like jabbing a sleeping bear with a stick.

they're fighting and every kick meant for one or the other just gets accidentally intercepted by locke's balls, they just stumble into him and it keeps happening with each kick no matter where he is

Noble 6 is ranked Hyper-lethal like the Chief. So, I think there'd be a pretty decent fight there, but S2s have rarely been matched by fellow UNSC forces. So... who honestly knows? (But its fun to ponder what would've happened if N6 had lived and been the one tasked to hunt the Chief down.)
