  • This slo-mo shows you the importance of timing the flick of your wrists while your feet are at the height of your jump. If you don’t jump high enough and/or rotate your wrists quick enough, you may trip over your rope. While you are practicing double unders repeat (like a chant) in your head, “Jump, flick, flick.” As soon as your feet leave the floor, start the chant. No pause between words. ;)
