Love it when your advice is about being familiar with the story during the transition of thoughts/inner world as opposed to needing to believe it is so. Personally, I feel like trying to convince oneself to believe something when the beliefs aren't ripe yet causes inadvertent resistance.

If you were in a relationship with the love of your life, wouldn't you think about them and desire them all the time? But not in an anxious way. Just as a natural aspect of being in love and sharing a wonderful companionship with someone. So, I feel like "letting go" shouldn't have to be a dogmatic requirement of the manifestation process. If you're thoughts about them are from the end scene. Like, I was really in it the other day and I was out for a walk. When I got back to my apartment, I opened the door and as I walked in, this feeling came out of nowhere of walking into OUR apartment with the kids there and everything. I felt the presence of her and not just mine, but her kid as well. It felt real and natural. Again, that image was never something I thought about for an imaginal scene or anything. It was spontaneous!
Thumbs up! Very excellent. What I am working on. It's not about anything out there. It's about inner reinforcement of story. I don't even have to look at outcomes. I can do my inner work of being contacted and being in a happy relationship.

Shelly, in one of your other no contact videos - you talk about knowing that you'll be fine / good without the other person because when you do think about the other person too much you create the "chasing" feeling. So I guess maybe I have the slight fear that if I start beliving that "YESS, he's going to reach out to me some time in the future" and I start truly believing it and perhaps start anticipating it - that either 1. feels like I'm chasing on a smaller level 2. the fear of it not happening :P
So how do i work with both of these kind of thoughts in my head?

U keep doing ur affirmations and visualization with feelings, one day it will come to you same or different way. I have experienced it. It came to me as an opportunity and take inspired action. Shelly videos help a lot. If u feel down, listen manifestation video and keep practicing. U really have to be in that delusion since this 3D is one of the illusions. When u r busy don’t think about ur desire cuz u will mess it up. When u r in relax time, alone time, quiet time then manifest. If u get mad while manifesting, Recite prayers. Forget about manifestation- don’t even use affirmations. Free ur mind.

So the imaginary part is something like.. if he was my boyfriend now while I’m out having lunch he would probably text me so it’s my job to relax and know that he’s going to text me at some point.
Because when I sit and day dream about him texting me/being with me etc, I just end up day dreaming about him all day and not getting anything done and then become aware that I still haven’t received a text.
Before we met I wasn’t thinking about him at all. Even for the first few days of hanging out I wasn’t thinking about him and yet he came into my life and started texting me only a few hours after having seen each other.
i needed this comment so much, i just wrote a comment on how i dont understand if i should pretend im with him every day or is it enough to affirm it, and now i see this! thank you! and best of luck!!

Obsessing or even talking about this is triggering to me at this point. Life’s too good to worry about an ex. Wake up and find other things to manifest. Not being negative, but I tried this for 2 years. I don’t want that anymore.
Follow up: Just to clarify I am coming back and correcting myself. I meant I needed to wake up. I followed all these videos for 2 years. Did the coaching w/people. I bought one of Shelly’s courses. In no way am I saying it’s not possible. Honestly, mine didn’t manifest bc our energy didn’t match. I no longer wanted someone that wasn’t headed in the same direction. I just want other people to realize at some point it’s time to focus on yourself or manifesting other amazing things. This is only my experience. I have also realized that I have been too guarded to manifest love. That’s on me. Love to all. 😍🙏
Yes, ironically what you're saying is the best way to manifest your sp or anything else. Dissolve obsession; know you are worthy of all your desires and that they are already yours. And they will come to you.
Everyone chooses what they want to spend their energy on, and if it's their ex, it's not your place to tell them to "wake up and find something else" lol
Just because it didn’t “work” for you doesn’t mean a thing. We constantly manifest. Constantly. You clearly had interfering, negative and/or obsessive thoughts if you didn’t succeed in your manifestation. That’s what a mental diet is for. You’re supposed to feel good + know that EIYPO. The fact that it’s triggering to you shows a clear lack of confidence on your part, which is exactly your problem. If you don’t want him, that’s your choice. But don’t comment on a manifestation channel if you don’t believe it works, because it’s spiritual law. It is ALWAYS working.

Shift from obsession to appreciation. Thank him for always being there for you. Tell him all the sweet things you always wanted to say and give him the words to reply as a positive strong enduring force. That’s exactly how you want him to show up right. It’s a state of mind. You’re creating with joy. Obsessing is focus on absence.

Hi! I am wondering if it is possible to know, understand, and accept that right now there is no contact, but also have the feeling that sometime in the close future they are going to contact me on their own, once I have fully let my desire manifest by itself?
Is this a good sign, or am I doing something wrong?

I've been in no contact with her for 11 weeks now but have only been into manifestation for about a month. The hardest part, probably for most of us, is believing that all of this affirming and imagining we're doing, no matter how deep into the feeling of the wish fulfilled we get (I personally have had some incredible experiences of feeling that feeling NOW), can actually influence the other person. I mean, she lives 35mins away on the other side of town. The chances of us running into each other is so slim and because of the nature of the break up, reaching out from my end simply isn't an option. I want to respect her boundaries in the 3D while working on myself to manifest us back together. So I'm not even attempting to manifest a simple text or phone call. But obviously if the end result is gonna happen, we're gonna have to end up in contact contact somehow.
So...anyone have any success stories to show that this can happen somehow? Like, has anyone really manifested contact from someone in spite of being in "no contact"?

The thing is, when you have a lot of trauma and limiting beliefs, you have to work through all that shit and improve your self concept before you're likely to get movement. At least it seems that way. Maybe that in and of itself is a limiting belief but when nothing at all seems to be happening, you just start trying to come up with solutions and everyone says self concept self concept. So you start down that path. Which so far has been good for me in general. So I'm not complaining. I enjoy the videos and the concepts, so I'm probably in it for the long haul anyway. I think manifestation principals are incredibly valuable for a person in general, not just for getting things.

Today is my birth day. Im in no contact with my SP... I think this video was for me.
Yes that's why he again added me but still on silence since one month cause still have this believe that we are not contacting.. this kind of believe it makes me more attached.. i am going to work on this believe to resolve it and replace it with something else that we are meant to be together ❤❤
It's not that we're in no contact - it's that I'm focusing on myself while SP is getting things in order for himself so we can be together. Which is actually true but I've refused to see that for what it is/was.

I am definitely in a place where I know he is coming back. It does feel the most true to me. However, I know realise that I am also focusing on when he's going to return (so, noticing he's not here), so need to be careful of that. I wonder though, how long does it take for reality to catch up? As in, what I am experiencing now are old manifestations. So, is there a time delay sometimes? Can you be in a fantastic, high vibration place but still see the results of old manifestation?

I don’t feel no contact. I feel he is just really overwhelmed and busy with 2 jobs and new house that he is not sure if having a relationship right now with anybody. It is nothing personal. He is a good man and a very hard worker guy and he is not trying if he sees himself doing things bad. I think I just need to lean back and do my life and give him space to take a decision.
