Martin Sexton Live 1994 - Caught In The Rain

A performance from 1994 (I think) and was broadcast on a Pennsylvania channel called Prism. The show was called Live from Rafters - A Singer/Songwriter Evening. I actually taped this on a VCR and converted it to DVD and then saved 2 of Martin's three performances. (Somehow the third never made it to the DVD portion.)
This was my first introduction to Martin and was mesmerized by his vocals. I then found a cassette tape that I think was his first release, called The Journey. I still have it. It actually has his home phone number on it! I called the number (in 1994) and he answered. He was in the process of moving (somewhere in Boston I think) and we spoke for maybe 10 minutes or so. Funny, eh?
I then met Martin just a few months afterwards. He was playing this small bar that didn't have a stage. So, he stood right next to the bar with his rig and sang away. We sat at the bar just 10 feet away from him and he was amazing. He talked with us for a while after the show and he's just as nice as you'd think he'd be. I saw him live a few more times at bigger venues and I love how he constantly changes up his songs so they never sound the same twice. It's so great to see him still going strong in 2021!
