As someone who ORD 10 years ago. The host certainly has forgotten how to apply camo paint man... wtfff...
I remember Kelly from some documentary shorts! She looks so good in uniform! Resembles a lot like the 40-50s British communication operators we see in movies. Her English accent with some Singapore slang makes it even cuter.
I might know her as a TV host somewhere

Maybe SAF should start a Foreign Legion? That's the ultimate in volunteering.
Foreign legions are by definition foreign citizens who have nothing to do with a country entering a country to join its armed forces. Despite this woman's mixed race ethnicity these individuals are born in Singapore or if they are already PR then they are by definition not "foreign".

No need to go all sexist-warrior...
1) I don't think the Mulan joke was meant to be sexist, it was just a reference for him to convey what he was trying to ask her.
2) He replied in an unsure manner with emphasis on "I THINK" not quite the same weight. He was just purely making a guess.
3) If females have lower standards to meet for IPPT, I don't think it's sexist to have the assumption that females carry lighter backpack loads than males as well.
