The best one is Microsoft 365 that is supposed to provide safe storage of all your data - how? If it is not in my hands then I am vulnerable to others. 365 now is also the source of program updates that is all for a chunky fee. The pension does not take into account that to even get pension credit you have to do it on-line using a computer (that you can't afford) with broadband connection (that you can't afford). Without pension credit I can't get the winter fuel payment that prevents me from choosing to eat or heat but the expectation is that I will always be connected, whatever the cost. The same also goes for having a mobile phone.

If I had a lot of data that I needed to keep safe, secure, and backed up, I'd use a NAS configured as a RAID 1 array and secured with a private and public key I generated myself, with all the data encrypted on the physical disks and then decrypted AFTER downloading it to whatever device I was using. And for good measure, I'd keep a backup of the private key on a PlayStation 2 memory card and encrypt said backup with a strong, unique password.
Given that you likely only understood half of that, my point is proven. And if you need an office suite for stuff like word processing and spreadsheets, use LibreOffice, not Microsoft's crap.

You don't need the services this guy is talking about, it's just another "insurance tax" on the working class. Like how your water company tries to scare you in to buying insurance for your underground incoming pipes that may burst and cost you thousands (which is true), but the lightly hood is so small and they must use scare tactics to sell you a product that you wouldn't buy if you were correctly informed.
To be safe on the internet, use multiple email addresses, keeping your banking separate from all the others. It's true that free hosting such as Gmail and Outlook will have their parent companies Google and Microsoft actively scan your email for data research, but your data is generally safe from identity fraudsters.
Always and always use 2 factor authentication for all accounts, this is where you receive a txt or authenticator code to confirm your identity. Always keep your computer up to date, or your phone up to date. Take note security updates are limited, for example Windows 10 will no longer receive security updates next year. Never visit dodgy websites. Always use an adblocker, this helps prevent viruses that are delivered as adverts on websites for example.

Hey folks, let's take a deep breath about this NPD breach. The headlines are scary, but here's what you need to know:
    1. It's NOT 3 billion people affected. That's just the number of data lines. The real number is about 292 million individuals.
    2. A lot of the data is junk. Only 51% of the exposed SSNs have enough quality to pose any real risk.
    3. The data is super old. Most people affected were born between 1950-1970. There's very little recent data.
    4. Some birthdates in the breach are in the future! That shows how unreliable a lot of this data is.
    5. Many records are for deceased individuals.
So while it's still a big deal, it's not as bad as the headlines make it sound. Stay vigilant, but don't panic!

That is a piece of legislation that has done a huge amount to improve practices around privacy across the IT profession globally (and upon which your sponsor for this video relies). Your earlier post seems really incoherent with this video.
I submit that the annoying forms of ‘cookie’ pop-ups are mostly down to ‘malicious compliance’ - making it unnecessarily difficult to object or withhold consent. That being the case, I further submit that your energies might be better directed towards encouraging your colleagues in the legal profession to brining test cases under Articles 7(3), Art. 12 and so on - whose provisions about transparency, ease of withdrawing consent and so on appear to be applied… loosely by these organisations.

3 billion records not 3 billion people, some people occur many times from different sources.
Signing up for a data deletion service will not remove personal data from hackers who already have it unfortunately.

So this isn’t about law, Daniel. This is about you flogging your sponsors.

Shouldn't this video be clearly labeled as sponsored content? Too many of the channels I've subscribed to for years are suddenly cashing in and pumping sales videos disguised as information. It's your own reputation you are destroying.

Daniel, I think you made a mistake with this upload and title..
By your own admission, you worked hard, achieved a great deal in life, own properties and are free of debt. That's admirable indeed.. but I fail to see why you therefore need to stir up fear amongst your followers in order to profit from them via your sponsor.. Disappointing video..

Its worrying that many public bodies use outdated and therefore vulnerable operating systems because they simply can't afford to upgrade. I wonder how many NHS and LAs have computers operating on Windows '98, which was an excellent platform but sadly now obsolete and thus not protected? Recent hacks have shown how vulnerable they are.
