The best best best one is the V&A. Its has everything from ancient to modern and lots of really great temporary exhibits as well. And the cafe is great! If you only have time to do one, do the V&A.
I found, on my first & only visit to the British Natural History Museum (I live in South Africa), it turned out I was more enthralled by the building & it incredible masonry, then the exhibitions inside it. The carvings in the walls of this building are truly something else! Victorian building work at its absolute pinical!
Hannah I cannot believe this museum with EVERYTHING to see is absolutely free! Thx for the amazing tour & for your insights into the various sights & happenings in London! The museum building itself seems to be an architectural masterpiece! Thx again Hannah for this informative vlog, & I hope you have a nice weekend & productive week! As always, I look forward to seeing you next vlog this week! All the best!!!
The architecture of that place is quite splendid! That's the part I liked the best. And the rocks and minerals. The brontosaurus is herbivorous. No? Very enjoyable Hannah.🌺 I think I'll make another pot of tea. See you again next week!👍🫖🦤
Hi Hannah It’s a brilliant museum…….thanks for the tour. Beautiful building. Wonderful that it’s free entry. When visiting museums always like to go to the gift shop and the cafe!!
Used to go in there most Sundays when it was raining , the building is one of the best I’ve ever seen breathtaking, , wasn’t that busy back in the day , thank you for showing it , I would definitely pay to go here
Sophie the Stegosaurus isn't a model, she's the real deal, she's the most complete stegosaurus skeleton ever found. She was discovered in the early 2000's in Wyoming and came to London in 2007, they don't actually know if she's male or female (they can't tell from a skeleton) but the name 'Sophie' fits so they went with that. A fun dino fact is that the Stegosaurus and the T-rex never existed at the same time, we are now in fact living closer to the T-rex, than what the T-rex lived to the stegosaurus, mind blowing!
We LOVED the Natural History Museum in London! It was fantastic (and yes, hot when we went, too). The dodo birds were amazing!! I bought a stitched dodo ornament as a souvenir. The architecture there is gorgeous and made for some amazing photos. I'd definitely go back and explore some more.
Hannah, this is Frank from Texas originally from London. Absolutely love your videos. It’s so good to see you back. 🥂 oh by the way Hannah, I think the headbands really suit you 😉
Visited with my husband and our children several times throughout the years, no fees. However, you have to book online and a donations are preferable when entre the museum. Nice place! and very educating for children at school age, but recently they closed the aquarium section on the 2nd floor for refurbishment. Got to be careful from gangs though, they harras or pick pocket even inside museums these days.
That was good. I have no interest in ever going into London, But do enjoy watching others visit these amazing places. Too many people for me. I love Lakes, Cumbria etc. Enjoyed it thanx.
Thanks Hannah. Love NH Museum. Always take my kids there when in London because we never get to see it all each time we are there. When they were 4 and 11yrs old, they/we spent 2.5hrs just in the minerals and crystals (+diamonds) room😭. I'm a geologist, but even that was to long for me😅. I was disappointed when I went to the NH museum for the first time as an adult with my kids because other than the dinosaurs on the ground floor, the dinosaur corridor and the rocks and minerals room, everything else has changed to make "topic displays." When I was a kid the museum was floor to ceiling glass cabinets full of insects, butterflies, pickled eg snakes etc and draws to pull out full of all the collections... I LOVED it when it was like that.
We visited the National History museum and the V&A while in London years ago. Thanks for the bit of nostalgia. Hope to make another trip to London in the future from the US. Cheers Ron
Dear Hannah Ricketts fabulous tour around national history museum can’t even remember if I ever went there but it made a change something different and very interesting thank you for the inspiration about Opera search engine I try that out see next Tuesday please have a great weekend Hannah 😘😘😘
Our Art Museum is free here in Cleveland. You have the option to buy a ticket to their featured pieces, but it’s not crazy expensive. I love going! Nice to know if I ever get to London they also have a museum I can visit!
National History museum,Victoria&Albert museum,Science museum,National Gallery,British Museum are ALL free and they are ALL amazing....not like in Paris or in Rome,Firenze and else...culture is all free in London no wonder I always liked London for museums
Well hello Miss Hannah 👋, you're jogging my childhood memories of the museum in Los Angeles, our school was too close to be bussed so pitcher couple hundred kids walking strolling through the neighborhood for a field trip 😂. Thanks for reminding me... CHEERS
Happy International Women's Day Hannah!!! 💐🌹🏵🌺🌻🌼🌷Wow, how pretty you are in the video!!! And what an amazing vlog you made! You really know how to diversify your vlogs. Museums are always a good theme for your vlogs. I enjoyed it a lot. Have a beautiful FriYay! 😀💂🇬🇧
This is the first time in years of watching your vids that I did not say.....ohhhh I need a Sarni and a small piece of pie. London shopping vids always include the food halls AND make me really hungry. Love your channel Hannah thank you.
This is one of my favourite museums in London. I’ve done the earth quake simulator twice and it’s realistic fun. What I appreciate is that most of the museums have some thing to accommodate a visitor who eats only gluten-free. Thanks Hannah!
I loved this! I remember my first trip to London when I was fourteen going to the Natural History Museum, it was such a cool experience...and that building...wow....just amazing!
This is my favourite area of London, going to those museums is a must every time I visit London ❤. Free is a good thing! But donating some money wont harm, people who works there deserve all kind of support. Thanks for the video
Thanks Hannah, my favourite part were the halls up on first and second floors where the minerals and fossils are kept, back when I was a student at the nearby RSM we would go and look at the many varieties of minerals that were in drawers below the display cabinets

You don’t understand how perfect this series is as I headed to London at the beginning of April!! If only you could guess the weather so I know what to pack
The British Museum and the National Gallery are my 'must see' places to visit when in London. Go early though to avoid the tourists (although of course all you tourists are lovely......).
I first visited The Natural History Museum with my late parents in the 70’s and 80’s and we would spend long weekends in London and visit all the museums. They were free Great place but takes a day to see it all 🏴🏴🏴🏴👍 👍 😍😍
I love museums and what a beautiful bldg! We have a few beautiful bldgs here in Arizona, but nothing like that! Glad to see that it’s free. Museums should be enjoyed by everyone. See you Tuesday, have a great weekend 😊

The museum of London was good as well however it's closed
Definitely deserves a thumbs up for this vlog. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the museum. Thank you Hannah.
From a £30 kitchen towel to a free admission museum. It’s good to know that some areas of London are affordable. PHEW! 🤗
I found, on my first & only visit to the British Natural History Museum (I live in South Africa), it turned out I was more enthralled by the building & it incredible masonry, then the exhibitions inside it. The carvings in the walls of this building are truly something else! Victorian building work at its absolute pinical!
This museum blew my Son's mind when he visited London 4 years ago. He absolutely loved everything about it.
Thanks Hannah for sharing. Have a good weekend see you Tuesday.
I’m loving the 2 vlogs a week Hannah! Thank you for your hard work and commitment!
