when I (like in 1:03) make the sphere a child of the subdivision surface and make it editable, the combine to one and when I then do the next step it doesn't work :(
anyone a solution?

Hi. Sorry But I couldnt understant well. But u can use 'C' command to make object editable too. Then u can add an Voronoi for the next step.

Hi. Yes it is possible to make animation. You can use liquid simulation methods like realflow or you can use softbody dynamic to get similar result. Also you can use point animation too.
