I've been collecting art for 40 years and have really good works by Andy Warhol, NC Wyatt, David Hockney, Philip Guston and others. After you sell your NFT how do you get your crypto $$$$ back into your real bank account and turn it into real cash?? It's not that hard to sell quality museum artwork and get paid in cash.
Seems like they want to charge a lot of fees?? The word is that it is a lot of "smoke" and may be just a big Ponzi scheme. Your money goes into "space" somewhere you have no idea who's has it it's not back by the FDIC and you're not sure if they're going to send it back to you if you request it ?? A little too risky---Good Luck 🤫We will stick with art we can touch, see, and hang on the walls.Of course if you are just SELLING art you may have an edge?

@@TheBuzzedArtist Thats cool when you sell something, i wish you good luck for the future. Iself be more disapointed then amazed from NFT's and how they are handled. But maybe i am too oldschool for that =D
I feel like this is the down side of jumping on a bandwagon of hype without knowing the process starting with what is Ethereum, what the fees mean, how to transfer the money but at the same time nothing to it but to do it and figure it out in this process. BUT a lot of stress would be avoided with knowing a little about the culture or Crypto and NFTs.
That’s a valid point- and I think where I felt initially stuck was knowing where to even start. I’m a creature of practice and just doing something and learning from the mistakes along the way. I feel like I learn better that way- even if it comes with a few stressors along the way.

No not really. Anyone who buys your NFT doesn’t automatically get copyrights to it. It just means they got an authentic “digitally signed” artwork from the artist.
It’s been a trip :) just sold an NFT (which was pretty cool) definitely going to explore minting more artwork onto Opensea. I personally like to use high resolutions like 200-300dpi :)
I enjoyed the editing ----especially the SOUND EFFECTS!!! working on my own line of NFT's currently--between illustration jobs----gonna be a millionaire!!
Thanks for your video! I have been thinking of minting my artwork for a while now. Last week I got a request off my instagram asking me to mint 3 chosen artworks. Price them each at 3 etherium. And they would buy them. I read about Instagram scams, would you trust this request?
Nice! Personally when it comes to nft offer requests, I tend to be wary. I offer them to buy it off a legitimate platform like Opensea to see if they are serious or not.
I think you are so awesome. I appreciate how you explain it and your sense of humor is awesome. I'm going to watch the next one too. I had to watch you over again because this is confusing and you made me feel better about having a hard time. That's cause it's not me I thought it was me l o l
I am already aware of what you did BUT I loved the way you presented it in your video and watched your video till end 😀 Hope your NFTs will sell at the good price.. Good Luck
So was this worth it for you? How are you doing with selling NFTs today? I’m an artist, who has been hearing about NFTs, but still don’t really understand what they’re all about. What do NFT buyers do with them? If someone purchased my artwork as an NFT can they have it printed out on something to hang on their wall, or add it to merchandise, such as mugs and T-shirts?
It depends on the platform you sell on. In Opensea, I believe after you mint one and pay the gas fees, every other nft you mint is free. If you accept an offer though, you’ll need to pay gas fees for them.
Amanda, I LOVED this video (and, I subscribed!) I'm brand new to this NFT stuff (NFTs being the TMI of TMI!). Anyhow, your presentation was the absolute easiest for me to comprehend (after dog paddling through raging seas of YT vids!). Like you, I am a painter -- fine artist, oil on canvas -- and sell my work in the non digital, physical world. Yet, as an artist, I must dive into the ocean of the NFT world and figure out how to swim, and then navigate my way into this new universe. I humbly ask if you would be willing to consult with me on the topic? I'd be willing to pay a reasonable consulting fee to pick your brains so I may get started on my journey. I look forward to the possibility of hearing from you 🤞🏻
Thanks for sharing :) I am very flattered that you’d ask for my consultation with NFTs but I’m very brand new myself and won’t be able to offer much help beyond what I recorded for this video lol! My tip would be to put your art out there as NFTs, promote it in the same ways you would your physical art, and adjust from there - that’s what I’m currently doing and I’m slowly learning haha. All the best on your art journey, friend!
One thing I do not understand is why she needed to fund her wallet when you can list an NFT for sale for free if it's a one piece item and if it has a no offer fixed price. Under that condition an NFT can be listed for sale for free with no wallet funds. Why she needed to fund the wallet to list her items for sale confuses me.
so... Is the NFT dead nowdays? 2023, the market seems to be in collapse. I created a style of art Iam kinda proud of and want to sell it as NFT. is it a bad idea to invest on it right now? will I end up loosing money by minting art for the first time and never selling whatsoever?
I’m not an expert at all in the NFT space. However, I do believe NFTs are here to stay, but they might evolve in how they are used. I don’t see this as a bad investment because it really does feel like the Wild West in terms of what these things can actually do for artists. I look at it as a learning opportunity- take that as you will :)

It’s been a trip :) just sold an NFT (which was pretty cool) definitely going to explore minting more artwork onto Opensea. I personally like to use high resolutions like 200-300dpi :)
Did you actualy sell it?
I have not, and I am definitely not expecting anyone to buy. This was more of a personal experiment that any thing else haha :)
What a wonderful video, good luck!
Thank you!
Your first NFT! Mazel Tov! Thank you. Now, I'm going to try it.
Thank you! And best of luck with your NFT journey!

Couldn't stop laughing the whole video 🤣. You learned the hard way and I learnt the easy way through this video 😅.
Hahaha I’m glad 😀
I'm about to start my journey too. Thanks for sharing your experience! xx
Best of luck, queen bee!!!
Great video. I'm currently investing in a P2E game named DeFi Warrior and the income is pretty steady. Hope you talk about GameFi in the future.
This is so helpful. Thank you.
I’m glad this was helpful!!!
this is exciting, I wanna be NFT artist, however this fees, I'm just a student... shockings
It’s totally possible to be an NFT artist and perhaps gas prices will begin to go down to help make this more affordable.
@@TheBuzzedArtist I guess when people stop making digital art as investments, too many demands and I love it
I like the way you explained this, well explained.
I’m glad this was helpful :) thank you 🙏🏻
Great video - thank you.
Great video! Entertaining and educational. Thank you Amanda!
Aw thank you so much!
I think you are so awesome. I appreciate how you explain it and your sense of humor is awesome. I'm going to watch the next one too. I had to watch you over again because this is confusing and you made me feel better about having a hard time. That's cause it's not me I thought it was me l o l
Hehe hang tight! You got this ❤️
The pricing seems scary.
It does at first. But i think gas prices will eventually come down as better crypto is utilized.
Great video love love love it. It's just the way you feel when you start in this universe of crypto ... I just made my first NFT and am excited 😍😍
Yay!!! Congrats on making your first NFT :) that’s awesome 👏🏻 wishing you all the success in your art journey !
I am already aware of what you did BUT I loved the way you presented it in your video and watched your video till end 😀
Hope your NFTs will sell at the good price.. Good Luck
Hehe Aw thank you 🙏🏻 I’m so glad you enjoyed this and I also wish you luck on your art NFT journey ❤️
Thanks for the video
Looks like a future in NFT
Think I ll give it a try
Love your style!!
Thanks!
Editing on point. Funny AF
Hehe thanks man!

Thanks for the video.
Thank goodness for Polygon with no gas fees, and Solana with lower fees on OpenSea.
you're so damn likable, i learned alot, still not sure if i can do one or not, but i feel like i understand what they are now, lol.....thanks
Aw thanks!! :) I believe in you! NFTs we’re a scary concept to me but after a little research, I managed to get by haha 😂
Informative and Entertaining video. Great Art! I trust you have sold them all? Best of Luck
Thank you :)
if we paid gas fees how many nft's can we mint after that is there any limit! plss tell me
It depends on the platform you sell on. In Opensea, I believe after you mint one and pay the gas fees, every other nft you mint is free. If you accept an offer though, you’ll need to pay gas fees for them.
I also do drawings. So far, did you make any sell of your NFT art?

Brill, brill, brill!
you precious , loved it 🤠
Its so great!!!! I loved this video!!! Congratulations on doing this!!! Maybe someday for me lol! ❤
I’m glad you enjoyed it
The royalties option is not showing on my nft could you please guide me a Lil.
hmm that's odd. I would contact Opensea about that.
What about Rare mint Nft ? Is it a good platform to showcase your nft, a client was asking me to showcase nft there instead of opensea .
You are so amaazing this was suuper fun to watch and super helpful!!
🥰
As thank you so much 😊 you totally made my day
THANK YOU!
